On Friday, December 5th, I found myself in a bit of a rush, having forgotten to order my cheerleaders’ pre-game meal in advance. In a panic, I stopped by Hardee’s, explained the situation, and apologized for the last-minute request. The team, led by Aaron, Jessica, and another employee in the back, came together quickly and efficiently. They worked as a unit to prepare, sort, and bag the meals, all while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Mrs. Jessica stood out for her exceptional leadership. She was not only guiding and coaching the team with kindness and encouragement but also made sure to thank them for their great teamwork once the task was complete. Her approach created such a positive atmosphere, and I could tell the team appreciated her guidance.
I was especially grateful for their hard work and dedication to making sure everything was prepared on time. It was clear that Aaron, who was working his last day at this location before transferring to another store, is a true asset to the team. His contributions were invaluable, and whichever store he moves to will be lucky to have him.
Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the team’s efforts in making sure everything was ready to go, despite the last-minute request. A huge thank you to Aaron, Jessica, and the entire Hardee’s team!

My wife and I stopped in this Hardee’s for lunch and to take a break from the long drive from North Carolina to Florida. Before we ordered, we used the restrooms. In the Men’s, the trash can was overfilled with paper towels as if it had not been emptied in days. Pee was everywhere around the urinals. My wife had the same experience. After learning about the conditions of both restrooms, we decided to find our lunch elsewhere. If they keep the restrooms in that condition, you can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Hardee’s has been going downhill for a long time.

Ordered 2 loaded omelet meals today on August 13, 2025 before 9 a.m. I had to look for the meat on both. I mainly received egg and cheese biscuits. Very disappointing. Wish I could get my 20 dollars back for near meatless food. I ultimately had to cook once home just to add what was missing. Do not go here. Waste of time and money.

We love going to Hardees every Tuesday for their chicken strip special I get on their app! It is on our way home from our kid’s daycare, and our children love their chicken and fries, but, more importantly, we all LOVE the milkshakes! The manager, Jessica, does a wonderful job keeping everything running smoothly, and she makes the BEST shakes! Thank you, Jessica and Hardees, for providing great food and service!

I’ve never been here before because always looks kind of empty now I see why. I ordered a sandwich and specifically asked for there to be no mayonnaise on it because I have an allergy and Surprisingly, there was mayonnaise all over it. I am definitely going to dispute the charge on my credit card Because the phone number goes to a messaging system that hangs up The owner says they want to follow up – before posting this I submitted a complaint with the corporate office. There was even Mayo all over the fries. When you have a food allergy, it’s not “funny” to do what your employees did.

The service at this location this morning was awesome. All of the wonderful new faces were pleasant. Customer service has changed tremendously in the last month or so. Signs everywhere saying breakfast till noon. Got here at 10:40am and they said they stopped breakfast already. Waited 10 mins while they walked around complaining about the schedule and threatening to clock out and go home. Never even got my order taken after waiting 15 minutes for them to try to figure out the order for the 1 customer ahead of me. No wonder all the other locations are closing down. Looks like this one will be next.
