Even though this is the only Hardee’s close by, I do enjoy this location. I love their steak biscuit and sausage biscuit. Reasonable price. Today I decided to get a hamburger and number two, which is my second time getting a burger from this location. The burger was delicious and the fries were OK. The burger reminded me of BK back in the days when BK was good. Also, customer services were great like the last few times I have been.

I usually go to this Hardee’s since it is close by and it’s been solid but not the best service. Today was the worst service I received I ordered my food and scanned a reward that didn’t go through and I wasn’t made aware and charged full price for the food. On top of that I waited over 20 minutes for my food which would’ve been fine if my order was right but they didn’t give me any fries with my whole order, luckily I checked and even then I order a medium meal and asked them if my fries were medium when they were clearly small and my drink too but they said it was medium. This was a waste of my time and money I’ll never be going to Hardee’s again.

Ordered a breakfast biscuit on a Sunday just before 11 am through the drive thru. (They advertise biscuits until noon on Sunday.) After I paid at the window, I was informed that they were waiting on biscuits and I should pull forward. Ten minutes later, I still did not have my order, so I called the store and requested a refund. I was told that the biscuits took 8 minutes to bake and there were lots of people ahead of me. He said I was told this when I ordered. I was not — nothing was said about a wait until after I paid. I’ve had to wait at fast food before but never more than 10 minutes. I was traveling and did not want to waste any more time there. Then I was told I had to come inside to get a refund. Ridiculous.

Horrible first impression. After placing my order, I asked the young gentleman who took it if my food could be prepared fresh, and said that I was willing to wait. He went inside to ask and I suddenly started hearing a woman screaming. She was hollering about how she was not making anything fresh for me, and that the food currently out was still hot.
The gentleman came back to the window and relayed that fresh food just came out of the oven, so my order would be perfectly hot (which it was). This was great timing for me, but generated a completely unwarranted response from the woman inside.
After getting my food, I paid and left. A few minutes later I realized I forgot to get jelly for my biscuits. So I went back to get some.
After pulling back up to the window I heard the same woman start screaming again. She looked at me and started hollering. Making random comments about me and questioning why I came back. (mind you, the drive-thru window is closed. So she is talking so loud I can hear her outside)
The same gentlemen who took my original order came to the window to address me. He asked what I needed and if there were any concerns about my food.
I told him that I simply forgot to get jelly. He gave it to me and left.
I still don’t know why the woman was so upset. We literally never had a direct interaction. She didn’t even take my order.
Though the gentleman who took my order was perfectly fine and displayed good customer service skills, I won’t be going another Hardee’s anytime soon. This was a bad first impression and a horrible start to my day.

Best Breakfast value anywhere! I usually order the Breakfast Platter which comes with Eggs, Hashbrowns, Biscuit, Sausage Gravy, & your choice of Meat – Bacon, Sausage, Ham, or Chicken for $5.29. If you have as much gray hair as I do, they might ring your coffee for the senior coffee price (.99) The staff were friendly and quick. My Platter was out before I was done preparing my coffee. This location serves Breakfast daily until noon.

I ordered a burger deluxe meal. Cool. The drink I wanted they say it’s out. So I’m offered lemonade. The Lemonade is straight water. I had to ask for anything else. Sweet tea good enough.
My burger had no care at all. No salt on it. All toppings on bottom so my burger is sliding everywhere. Then before I even take a bite it’s burger juice oozing out. Just a sloppy nasty burger.
Fries were good. Hard to mess up fries tbh.
But the way it tasted I think I paid too much. I should’ve got the cheap jr burger so I wouldn’t have been as upset.

Today’s shift was awful. I ordered two chicken biscuits, they put me in the queue and it took more than 15 minutes. They completed two orders after mine and when they gave me my food it was already cold. The service is terrible, it’s always the same on this shift.
