Hardee’s Adairsville. The lady on the drive thru was rude. Every time I ordered something she would is that all. I ordered two Big Hot Ham and Cheese. As you can see from picture it is not big at all. Barely any ham on it. When I got to window the lady never acknowledged me until she came to get money and hand food. While sitting at window I watched some random guy who looked like he hadn’t showered in 3 weeks in regular clothes go behind counter. He reached his hands in ice machine and grabbed some ice. Any time I have drove by this Hardee’s there is never anyone there. With this experience I can understand why.

I came to the drive thru and wait several minutes before my payment was taken and I was given my drink. I ordered 3 burgers. At this point the young girl with purple and blue dyed into her hair hasn’t made eye contact with me again and it was 15 minutes before she handed me my food with an unenthusiastic “sorry about your delay.” At no time during my wait did she offer an explanation on the delay.

We had a nice time here! The staff at the front was very patient with us, since we haven’t been to a Hardee’s in years and weren’t as familiar with some of the menu.
They even told us their favorites and gave us some recommendations for my wife and me. They seemed genuinely invested in us having a good dining experience with them.
Although we didn’t sit down and eat in the building, the dining area was clean and we watched one of the staff wiping the table and sweeping up trash from straws within 30 seconds of a table of guests finishing their meal and getting up to leave.
We’ll definitely favorite this spot and stop by again the next time we’re hungry and in the area!

One of the great things about living in a smaller town is the relationships you make with local businesses. My family frequents Hardee’s every week or so, and we know some of the employees and they know us. Both the employees and the manager go out of their way to provide hot food and great service. I am a huge fan of their breakfasts!

Just ate here And this is the best experience I’ve had in a really long time at fast food restaurants. The food was fresh and hot. It was perfectly cooked. It came out fast. And even the fountain drink was perfect not water down or flat at all. All of the employees were very nice and friendly. 10 out of 10 keep up the good work.

Went to the Adairsville location last Saturday and needless to say, the manager, I believe her name is Angela, with the different color hair needs better training when it comes to customer service. She was absolutely rude and loud. Her attitude is real nasty and it’s always the same every time I go there. Whether it’s on the inside or drive thru. They had a line cook by the name of Veronica that was Excellent. She came from the line, something that she shouldn’t have to do, to take my order also made sure that my food was fresh and hot. Bottom line that manager needs a better attitude towards customers or find another job.

Stopped in on our way to FL from TN. Attached pic of the burnt sausage on my husband’s sandwiches. Both were like that. Tots were not warm and so greasy tasting. They had one gal cooking, bless her heart, while all the others were up front/drive-through. Coffee pot definitely needs a clean as did the men’s bathroom. When we came in, the employees in front were all talking about the complaint that was just called in, one stated “she will just have to get over it”. It was several minutes before they acknowledged us. That’s should have been our sign to leave. It was very likely the worst $20 we have spent from a chain that does moderately well in our hometown.

I usually don’t do reviews because nothing seems to be done about it. With that being said I had to leave a review on this place. Last Thursday the 16th my family and I were traveling back home to Tennessee and decided to stop by Hardees in Adairsville to get breakfast. While we were inside waiting to order our food, there was an older lady wearing a black shirt different than the rest of the crew, I’m assuming she was a manager. All you heard was “I wish that these people would go somewhere else and eat.” I was appalled. This is very unacceptable behavior when you’re working in customer service. I could see the disgust on the other crew members faces when she spoke. The loud talk and rudeness will never make me come back to this place. She needs another job if she can’t be respectful of others. And sure shouldn’t be a manager.
