Took me a week to get around to writing this review. My entire life I have loved Hardee’s mushroom and Swiss burgers, I loved the burgers before Carl’s Jr’s bought the franchise. The burger in the old day used to drip mushrooms out of the burger and I loved the flavor.
Even today I loved the burgers so at least once or twice a week I will go find a nearby Hardee’s and grab a meal.
I always ask for some extra mushrooms because over the years the style has decreased.
The experience I had at this Hardee’s was by far the worst I have ever had in the 50+ years.
I ordered my meal with extra mushrooms as usual. The kid at the counter was not having a good day, so I tried to be extra nice when ordering.
I got my sandwich and took my first bite. It was bone dry, very little mushrooms and gravy. I peeled back the bun and saw this on my bun, barely any mushrooms on it at all, only on one side.
So I took the burger up to Ryan and asked him, didn’t I order my burger with extra mushrooms, to which he said yes, I even charged you to a large size combo for it.
I got regular fries and a drink but he upcharged me. So I showed him the burger and asked him does this look like extra mushrooms. He said yes that is double the amount.
I said okay, since you up charged me without telling me how about can you get me some more mushrooms.
He responded to me, I will have to charge you again. I told him you already charged me and gave me barely any. He said to me, that is how we make it, if you want more then I have to charge you, it isn’t free.
I said forget it, threw the burger in the trash, refilled my small drink and left.
This location of all the Hardee’s looks old and run down, but the staff, especially Ryan needs to be reeducated or terminated. Never had such a horrible experience like this before. I will not be frequenting this location ever again till it is under new management who can fix this.

Return trip from Augusta to Knoxville, stopped around 3pm at this location. I had a service issue with my order and asked for the manager. After several minutes, I began video recording and THAT got the manager. I explained the issue then he took my food and disappeared behind the counter. After several more minutes, I called the location to get him back to the counter, where I got a refund. Obviously, I won’t return.

Just came from Hardees drive thru ordered biscuit pork chop and biscuit with eggs and bacon. When I opened the bag saw one of them is just packed like just crumpled and when I opened it saw the biscuit is juts an inch square and there are bite marks on it. Very very disappointed on a Sunday early morning

Two chicken sandwhich combos with HOT large fries. My 16 year old son’s first visit to a Hardee’s. The experience with Caleb made my son tell me that we need to frequent Caleb’s Hardee’s.
I believe the night manager was Michelle and she was super pleasant also.

Wasn’t the best experience, we went in to get breakfast and the guy up front was so busy cursing and talking to the rest of the crew. The water cups also is way to small it’s a kid sized cup not even 3 gulps out of. Also the food wasn’t the best tasting was over cooked.

I usually never leave a review, but this time I was pleasantly surprised. I don’t usually eat at Hardee’s, but I was on the road, and decided to try it out. I was pretty indecisive, but Ryan who was working the counter at the time recommended me the frisco burger. I really enjoyed it!! I wouldn’t have expected it at first, but I had a delicious meal, staff was helpful and the environment was clean. I will be coming back!!

They did not have what I wanted. And, what I ordered was not good. Dry biscuit, dry steak. Sorry, but I love this place. They used to butter those biscuits good. Bojangles are good. But, Hardee’s used to be better.

I’m a pretty picky person, but this place always has my favorite meals. The staff is always chill, and the manager…Ryan? Bryan? I believe it’s Ryan, knows his stuff. For a youngin, he’s well spoken and put together. Hope he goes far!

Probably one of the BEST Hardee’s I’ve been to. Unlike every other service, I’ve not seen a decline in service and/or quality at this Hardee’s after the pandemic. Everyone there deserves RAISES!
+/-15 years we’ve enjoyed this Hardee’s and you also get a ton for your money. I may get some to eat leftovers because their biscuits leave you craving them.
I believe this location has outlived almost everything else in that location and you know it’s good when locals meet there. Thank you for being consistently great. Even many years ago when I brought up a minor issue I was treated gracefully and has just been a staple! Thank you all!
