Stopped in around 1:00pm on a Saturday was fairly busy. I had to wait awhile to order my food a double cheeseburger combo. I didn’t have to wait long for the order ,but the food was horrible the beef patties were dried out and hard like they were leftover from last week the fries were in little pieces and overcooked. This used to be a great place, but not anymore.

Ticket was lost. Waited a very long time and then asked. Waited a while longer and received my food. Not hot like it was just cooked. Noticed black customers ordered and received their food in a reasonable time. Three white men had to wait a long time. Say it was different food? Nope. I ordered a steak biscuit and waited when another ordered steak and egg and got his. I do not live near a Hardees and thought this would be a special treat. Just an eye opener. Got ready to leave for a funeral and found myself blocked by the delivery truck.

The only reason I’m rating 4 stars is because of the cashier jah. The morning manager, didn’t get her name because she had such a stank look on her face, came out the office because the cashier called her because they couldn’t find my mobile order. She came out with an attitude, looked and turned around and went right back in the office. This was the second time I came to Hardee’s. The first time I went through the drive thru line. She came to the window and said we ain’t get no online order for you. I understand EVERYBODY has bad days, but clearly yall took my money when I placed the order! Anyway, JAH is always a delight when coming to this location in the mornings! He is under paid and under appreciated! Keep smiling jah!

If only I could give zero stars, it is only 7:30 and they will not cook no more chicken wanted to give me old chicken. They don’t close until 9:00. No thank you for your old cold chicken. You have a good day. Will not come back. Would not recommend stopping unless you at least have 30 minutes to wait on just a burger

I attempted first at around 615pm February 14, 2025, to reach out to the restaurant by phone before taking to Google. They did not answer. The staff obviously care no more about answering the phone than they do making food and serving customers. That being said, I ordered a chicken sandwich for dinner, and after getting home and taking a bite, I realized I had been given a bun with a single chicken strip approximately the width of my thumb. Two pickles and a squirt of mayonnaise. A large soggy order of fries. Pictures below I paid $11.21 for a single chicken strip laid across a bun. Let that sink in. I confirmed via hardees’ website that infact as I suspected, it is supposed to be a chicken filet on this sandwich. I am extremely unsatisfied. I would like someone to reach out to me to correct this situation.

Would love to rate the food, but never got service. Stood at the counter for 10 or 12 minutes and no one ever took my order, so I left. I had not been in a Hardee’s in about 20 years. Now I remember why.

Mostly everything was great, except how clean the tables was. This was early in the morning, during a weekday. Everyone going the window to order. A few people did order, left(take-out). Don’t get me wrong, the food was great, the customer service was great also. Just the tables was clean.
