Probably the worst experience I have ever endured in a restaurant. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes. I could hear the staff in the back “talking” in an elevated volume. Finally received service, person taking the order seemed put out to have to work. Finally received the food and sat down. The staff sounded like they were having a party screaming from the dinning room to the kitchen. Could not hear the person sitting across the table from me. One member of the staff was sitting in the dinning room and was yelling to the rest of the staff in the back. When I left I noticed one of the staff was parked in the handicap space, very unprofessional and I will not go back. The entire staff needs training on customer service and food handling. The meal was cold. Very disappointed and not sure I would return. In the picture, you will see the car parked in total disregard to customers, and the empty counter I stared at while waiting to be helped.

I just went to Hardee’s. I ordered one thing. How can you get one thing wrong. I ordered a double cheeseburger, the small one only ketchup mustard and pickles. My sandwich was cold. It had like 4 pieces of cheese on it. The people that work at these places really give the business a bad name. They have good food just poor employees . Its sad

The cook in the back was awesome! He checked on everyone! Great, perfectly cooked fresh food! Good experience! We went on Thursday, December 11th, 2025 at 11am and this in my opinion is the best Hardee’s in York county. Best Hardee’s breakfast at a Hardee’s location locally! Fresh biscuits out of the oven and delicious extra crispy bacon. And the sausage gravy was very delicious too!

Horrible customer service in drive through, the employee working the drive through was very unprofessional and unpleasant to communicate with. He rushed me through my order several times cutting me off to tell me to pull forward before I completed my order. He talk so fast you couldn’t understand what he was saying. I never do reviews it’s just not something I do but this service was so horrible I couldn’t let it happen without saying something.

Bad first experience. Ordered food on door dash app to have it ready when we got there. Had to wait 20 min to get our pre-ordered food. The food was not warm. They forgot our burger and sauce. The chicken wasn’t bad but Bojangles is way better. Go to bojangles instead. Seems like the people working at this Hardee’s can’t handle a rush. Food should be warm and fresh if you have to wait 20 minutes for it. If you’re still reading this, just go somewhere else to eat.

I wish I could get a SOFT non-crunchy, made from scratch biscuit. I mean If I wanted potato chips for breakfast I’d buy a bag.
Heat lamps are not the way to go..never. Maybe a warming tray, etc..but this is a simple request.
Service is always great.

The food was unappealing. It was smashed together and slid to one side. After having to reconstruct the sandwich I ate it while sitting in a very loud and uncomfortable dining room area. There was no one else in the dining area, just my wife and I. All of the noise came from the very loud and opinionated staff. One staff member made the comment to another that they should watch what they said. That staff members response was “Why?!?! This ain’t no library, I’m at work, what else do they want from me?!?!”
The entire staff were just loud, unruly and had no care for customers. One of the worst lunch experiences my wife and I have encountered. If we go to that particular location again it will only be a drive-thru!!!

The food is good but the wait is not. I would not recommend if you’re on the way to work or are having to be somewhere. It’s the only place you can get cinnamon and raisin biscuits but for a limited time.
