No wonder the reviews are so terrible.
As a first-time customer and new to the area, I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. While taking my payment for a thirty-dollar order, the employee held my drink in her hand. As I extended my card, I opened my hand to receive the drink, but she refused, saying with a dirty look, “I have to take your payment first—people steal it and drive off.” This was an insulting insinuation that I would steal, followed by her rudely snatching my card out of my hand.
When I addressed her comment and explained that assuming negative behaviors onto others is rude, I simply asked for a refund. She then snapped, “And I’ll take the drink back,” and escalated matters by making a false claim of being assaulted after a splash of liquid from the lid touched her hand—yelling, “She just assaulted me!”
I had not originally planned to request a refund, but her continued hostility and accusations left me no choice. To make this worse, my two young children were in the vehicle and had to witness her ugly hostility firsthand.
Moms, you may want to use caution before visiting this place
Before this visit, we had praised the South for its hospitality. Instead, what we experienced here was not hospitality, but hostility. This encounter disgusted me and completely ruined the reputation of this Hardee’s. I strongly urge management to take action and ensure staff treat EVERY CUSTOMER with respect and professionalism. As a long-time business owner myself, I can say with certainty: you don’t earn or keep business by treating people this way.

I don’t know who’s idea it was to make the heart shape biscuits. Although cute, they’re not working. I got 3 and everyone fell apart. The biscuits are too small whne you cut them and they fall apart. Please only sell them to thoae who ask for the valentine shape. I feel my money was wasted.

We went thru the drive-thru at the one located in Fountain Inn, SC & it was terrible. The sandwiches were cold, the bread was hard, & we only received one of our drinks.

Went through the drivethru this morning when I got my food the biscuit for my gravy biscuit was hard as a rock and my biscuit for my bacon egg and cheese biscuit was falling apart. Needless to say it was a horrible breakfast

Ordered chicken platter and wife ordered three piece chicken strip,the grease needed changing really bad,chicken was brown from burnt grease and he slaw was getting old cabbage was about spoiled.. People there was friendly but the food for $18.03 was terrible terrible.
