I am a dasher and I had to wait an extra 30 mins for a customer’s order. I drove 14 mins from wallhalla to pick up the second half of the order from these guys. Seth and Treygin? Probably botched the spelling of his name but they were both as helpful as they could be and so accommodating. Cant say that tho about the manager on duty last night. 10/17/25. Dash app tells me to pick up food by 8:10pm and I pull up tp the store about 8:09pm and was told to come into the lobby to pick the order up. I stood in the lobby hollerin for about 4 mins before someone finally walked up from the back of the kitchen. And it was a totally of 8-10 mins before the manager on duty came up to even start making anything. So it had been close to 20-30 mins that this order had not been made AT ALL since the customer placed the order. I had to scream through the kitchen to get the manager to the front and even then he didnt come forward until one of the young boys went and basically had to yell at him as well to get him to come talk to me about why the food hadn’t been started. All I wanted to know as to what the hold up was because MY customer was waiting on their food and I already had half the order. Food getting cold sitting in my card. Bro decided to waste even more time arguing with me about times and policies than going to just get the food made. It was at this point the lobby and drive thru began to fill up. I left the store with the customers order about 8:38pm. The customer left a bad review on my rates and complained to doordash support due to the time it took for me to deliver their order and for the cold food. So thanks mate!!! Seth and treygin need better management than that!!

Well… I am not one to write reviews. I haven’t eaten at Hardee’s in years and after today it will probably be years before I do so again, if I ever do.

For starters, I came in with group of 7, I was the second to order and the last to get my food. This includes someone else who came in after us not in our group. (Sidenote: this random Paterson found out we weren’t from here and said this place had the worst reviews.) I see it now.

Horrendously, one of the workers in front of us took his bare hand and shoved it down his pants scratching his buttcrack. He got called out by a patron and he looked at his co-worker and she told him to go washed his hands and he walked back there to angrily wash his hands. Using wash loosely.

I don’t use names because I’m not 100% of their names and don’t want be incorrect. But the white guy with the mustache should be fired.

Once I finally my food, the kitchen worker (not butt scratcher dude) proclaimed “I’m sorry guys. We shouldn’t be called fast food”

To top it all off, I ordered my burger without onions. And upon checking, it was loaded with onions. Luckily I’m not allergic, I just don’t prefer them. If you do have an allergy and request it to be left off… CHECK YOUR FOOD

1/10 wouldn’t recommend this place or this brand. Hardee’s just needs to go bankrupt and close their doors.

I stopped in for a coffee and pie. It was both the most disgusting thing I ever started to eat and drink. The coffee tasted like it had been sitting there all night and the pie was so dried out it was crispy (as if under the lights for a week!) I had never eaten at a Hardee’s before and I dont ever plan on it ever again.

We have been to this Hardee’s at least 5 times in the past two weeks for breakfast! Food has been amazing!! Service was excellent! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes!! I am so thankful to have a place in town that makes it possible to grab breakfast quick before we go to school!

I’ve been going to this Hardee’s for years because it’s one of the only fast food spots in our small town. It’s convenient for me I usually stop there after picking up my kids before heading to work but after my experience yesterday, I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever go back.

I ordered two of the $5.99 meal bags two ham sandwiches and two burgers (one with bacon). I expected a small upcharge for bacon, but when I got my receipt, the total didn’t make any sense. It showed $7.99, a $1.49, another $5.99, and a few random charges that didn’t add up. When I asked the guy at the window, he said it was because of the bacon and the lemonade. I’ve never heard of an upcharge for lemonade, and the explanation he gave made zero sense.

He told me to pull forward and wait for my food so I did. I sat there for 20 minutes. By that point, I was running late for work, so I went inside to check. There were no employees in the building. None. Every customer in there was standing around the counter trying to figure out what was going on. People were calling out for employees, and someone finally said there was a worker outside on the phone smoking.

A few minutes later, an older woman and a very young girl (who was absolutely sobbing) came in. The girl was crying so hard, saying she couldn’t do it anymore. I felt awful my mom instincts kicked in, and I just hugged her because she was clearly overwhelmed. Then she walked off, and we were all still standing there with no food, no communication, and everyone already paid.

At that point, I started helping people find their food because there were random bags and sandwiches sitting out. We all compared receipts just to make sure people got what they paid for. Every single item was ice cold. The fries were missing, the sandwiches were wrong one was supposed to have bacon, neither did, and the cheese wasn’t even melted.

The man from the drive-thru finally came back inside and said he’d been on the phone with OSHA, but he never told anyone that, never apologized, and honestly just argued with everyone. He was rude, dismissive, and acted like we were the problem. Eventually, I did get a refund but I still left with food that was wrong and cold because my kids were starving.

I’ve never had such a terrible experience at any restaurant, let alone one I’ve supported so many times. The workers there clearly need help, better management, and training. This was absolute chaos customers waiting over 30 minutes, food cold, and no communication whatsoever.

Service here is always great, people are sweethearts. But dang, it was disappointing to pay $15 for a Mushroom & Swiss Burger and it not have any mushroom sauce on it. It was just dry meat, and I live in GA so it’s not worth the drive back. You guys are awesome, but slow down a little. You got this. 🙂 <3

My husband and I ate here this evening,11/14/25 on our way back from GA. We were sadly disappointed by the wait time that it took for us to receive our food, how the burgers were slapped together with no adequate condiments, and the burgers were hard and tasteless. It was like watching the Three Stooges (3 young males) with no coordination and no desire to satisfy their customers. We paid a little over $24.00 for trash , the fries were overly-salted as well. Now I fully understand why the parking lot was empty because the service is lousy! It is most likely that we will not be returning.

Food came out incorrect. The guy was taking food to put in the bag all while scratching his butt under his pants. When called out he acted like there was nothing wrong with that and even turned to the very polite young lady working with him acting like there was nothing wrong. She told him to wash his hands which he then reluctantly did. 1 person with me ordered chicken tenders and they did not even drop his order in the fryer, even after 3 people that ordered after him had gotten theirs.

Horrible experience, horrible service, horrible representation of Hardee’s. This all happened on 11/28/2025 around 7pm

The manager the short brown haired lady working on first shift told me and my friend not to go out the side door yet bc of safety reasons my friend told her maybe y’all should put a sign up saying that and the lady then says there is one on the side door. Not no where is there a sign. And the lady was very very hateful towards my friend n I.
