Ordered 3 items, 1 item was left out. The inside is closed and all doors were locked so I had to get back in the long line to get what should have been in my bag to begin with. Overall it took 40 min to get breakfast. Then when I open the biscuit up, it’s old. Looks like they reheated biscuits from the day/night before. I use to like this Hardee’s, but this is the last straw. I’m done.

I was met with smiles and welcomed in, it felt like I was dining with family. Great friendly service, good hot food, and my order was correct the first time. I visit this location every time I’m in the area. I’m from Chattanooga, Tennessee and it makes me feel like home.

Awfully dirty inside. Received the wrong order twice on same visit. Revisited Dec 2020. I’m sick, don’t go here please. Look at the water,soup with biscuits and not to forget the oil flavored tater tots.

My husband and I stopped at the Loves truck-stop in Piedmont, SC on our way back home to Virginia. I went in to the most immaculate Hardee’s I have ever seen. It was spotless from floor to ceiling! Behind the counter, was clean and organized. I was greeted by the kindest fast food cashier, named Topeka. She was so sweet to every person she encountered in line. She deserves a gold star for her hard work and wonderful people skills!

After having breakfast Friday morning, had the best breakfast platter than any Hardee’s I’ve been to! Cook hooked it up, was nice and very friendly. All other Hardee’s suck compared to this one. I initially posted a 1 star review for horrible service and waiting nearly 45 minutes for food. I stopped by a few days ago to give it another try and was very pleasantly surprised. The crew was completely different. They were courteous and efficient. The food was good and it came very quickly.

I wish it was possible to leave no stars. This place is just not good. First off staff is rude, we were told we could not add a hash brown on to our order, the French toast sticks are hard and they give you half pieces. Oh and did you know they close from 11am-12pm to get ready for lunch? What fast food restaurant does this? I worked in fast food and we switched from breakfast to lunch while taking orders… It’s not hard high school kids can do it…. Let’s also talk about how their food is ALWAYS cold… This place needs new management and crew. Do better!

Unfortunately this Hardee’s is just not good. Pulled up to the mic to order and no one ever asked to take the order. Pulled up to the window and after a few minutes someone finally sauntered around from the kitchen. Put in our order and pulled up to wait for our food. We got all straight fries even tho we order one order of curly and the fries smell and taste bad. No straws. We’ll see how the burgers are…

Here’s an update September 8th. They were serving breakfast when I pulled up to see if they were selling food. Before that I was skeptical and anticipating the unnecessary drive to QT afterwards. But like I said earlier they were serving food. 🙂 although it did take some time to order and to receive my food, I am okay with that. At least I didn’t have to make a drive out of the way for breakfast. It seems like there was only one worker there this morning. She did an awesome job, and it seemed like she was managing pretty well. I am giving back a star because other than her being by herself and it took longer than it should, the food was good, and she was courteous and friendly. Plus as I mentioned before I did not have to drive out of my way to get breakfast while my husband waited on me so he could go to work. I will update and add another star next time as long as they are selling food, the food quality hasn’t changed, and are courteous and kind.

They never have food ready when Google clearly says they are open. I’ve made the drive on 3 separate occasions and have been told that it will be 30 minutes before food is ready. This morning I was told there is a hold on all the food. And the worker was reluctant on telling me the approximate time food will be ready. Now I’m having to drive the opposite way to qt to purchase breakfast. I love Hardee’s but this one doesn’t know how to hire staff… Or their workers are lazy. ..)

Well.. first of all I sat at the speaker in the drive through for a good 2-3 minutes before anyone took my order… but I was 5:30am, so whatever. THEN I get to the window & the aesthetic of the building is literally so gross, I don’t know how they got an A+ rating. Oh and my biscuit was cold as soon as I got it. The guy was super nice and sweet but I probably won’t be going back there ✌
