It’s all in the presentation… that’s the Motto for Customer Service that I have been adhering to my whole professional life. I ordered through the Mobile App and it told me that the meal would be ready by 6:56PM. I walked in around 7:10 and it wasn’t ready. No biggy… better than sitting in the bag and getting cold. However, while I waited in a not-very-busy period, I was able to notice how dirty the counter was. There were smears and dried drink rings along the entire counter. The staff didn’t really pay attention to me and handed my meal in a bag and drink with not really looking my way…very strange. As for the sandwich, the chicken was definitely burnt offerings tonight…see picture. It tasted every bit of burnt. I could have said something, but that would have delayed my long drive more. I have eaten at this Hardee’s before…never been the cleanest but tonight’s experience deemed a review.

I’ve been coming to this store for several years now and a local resident here in Ninety Six. I’ve seen this restaurant at a low and since Veronica has come in she has changed things for the better! I just wanted to give her a shout out for the great work she is doing and it is showing! The quality of food is better and the employees are acting better (than I’ve seen in the past.) We mainly come in the morning for breaks so this is the time I can speak of. The whole environment has lifted.

Since Veronica has taken over this Hardee’s has been amazing. We actually enjoy coming to eat breakfast now!! We get our food in a timely manner… The best part is there are no employees arguing in the back. They all work together to do their part now and it is a much more enjoyable experience.

The talent continues to improve and is much better than it was a year or so ago. I eat breakfast here every morning and the food is always fresh and hot. The cleanliness of the restaurant is good but could improve should the employees during slow periods take the time to wipe the tables down on a more frequent basis. Over good experience.

I haven’t been to Hardee’s in 96 in a while but after today, I’ll be going more for sure! Veronica and Ty were getting the job done, with a smile, and great service during the lunch hour rush! The food was ready fast, hot, and tasted great! I love their Chicken Tenders! Ladies, Thank You both for a great lunch today! Veronica, you have gotten Hardee’s back to the way a restaurant should be run!!!

Absolutely horrible. Rude employees & you have to pull up and wait absolutely forever for the sloppiest looking food. Will no longer waste money there, would rather drive to Greenwood Hardees.

Bought 2 meals and paid right at $30 dollars which is absolutely rediculous for the portion size you get. Monster burger was far from monsterious. The mushroom Swiss burger looks nothing like the menu picture as I added a photo for an example. The fry containers were not filled to the top only halfway. I ordered my food 2 hours ago and I’m already hungry again. Rip off, I will never return to this location again

Fries were warm , sandwich was not bad just cooked too long, the other sandwich was dry. The lady that took our order was more worried about a guy that was in there than what she was supposed to be doing and going outside with him was not a good look.

I came to the restaurant twice one morning and one night and I had the same female she was so respectful and sweet my food was fresh I asked her for her name she said Dominick as long as she working I’ll be coming back she was fast got the drive thru down this morning if she not a manager she will make a good one to have a for sure costumer
