Soooo. I’m here now , waiting on my food. Determined I had drove all the way here before closing, I went thru the line despite the fact every last light that would make this place look open , is off. Now I went thru drive thru, and they did take my order. I am waiting on my food now. But with the fact I know this place doesn’t have quite the business it used to, I would think this absolutely isn’t helping? And the sad part is this is the first time the food has been really good and they were nice as well

I will never return to this location ever again. I went inside to eat, because I had to use the restroom. Absolutely filthy restrooms and I went in time I got there and again on my way out. Nobody cleaned it. The floors unswept, tables dirty and they were not busy at all. There was two workers that was friendly. As far as my order, it wasn’t even prepared correctly and when I asked if I could get fries with no salt, the girl was not happy about it. The same one who is sitting on her butt until someone walks in. This place is nasty and very unprofessional. Corporate needs to get it right or shut it down. They just playing around in there and don’t really care about working.

My daughter and myself went to lunch here, everything was TOP NOTCH. The Frisco burger was among one of the best burgers I’ve had in a very long time! Fries plus drinks were fine, my daughter had the chicken tenders combo with chicken dipping sauce, it was very good. Customer service was SUPERB, from beginning to end. Lobby and tables were very clean. Outstanding visit!

Got breakfast this morning and it was perfect. I got the new breakfast burger and the sourdough was toasted just right and the meat was cooked perfect. The hash browns had the perfect crunch to them and they understood the assignment of extra icing on the strawberry lemon biscuit.

The power went out as we pulled in and the manager was very cool about “cash if you got it, if not don’t worry about it” since the card reader was down. Customers were honest and paying anyway. Just honest kind people on staff and here as customers. The whole crew handled the awkward situation very graciously. Food wise, I had a chicken egg biscuit right after the power went out and it was amazing! Would definitely do breakfast here again.

This location has consistently gone down hill since the pandemic unfortunately. From smaller portions to poor cooking, oil loaded &/or dried out food & often seems under staffed. The diet Dr. Pepper was messed up for months & months. When I returned the drink to the employee they said they knew it was a problem, yet they’re still offering it. I was shocked to return months later to find it still messed up. The drink was a strange murky black color. I went to the drive thru last week & it will be my last. Tenders were leaking oil so much so that I couldn’t eat them. Tired of paying your inflated prices for bad food.

I went to the drive thru and ordered a steak biscuit cooked fresh and a soda with no ice. The guy cashier, told me my total, I handed him a hundred dollar bill. He waited at least 4 minutes, before handing my change, back and my food was ready time, I pulled up. He cheated me , out of 4 pennies. He didn’t I’ve a receipt. I brought it to his attention. He replied,we don’t have any pennies. I said, well, at least let me know, don’t take my money. I was driving away, and noticed, I’d been given coffee, instead of a soda.i went in and told the cashier, and she told me I ordered a coffee, and a steak biscuit. I said no , receipt, cheated out of 4 pennies and didn’t order a coffee. I want my soda, and my receipt, and my 4 pennies. The manager came up and said we don’t have any pennies. I replied, I suggest you round it off, to the nearest penny and givee a nickel. I asked to fix my own soda, because it was a blind spot, in which I couldn’t have seen my soda being fixed,and with having being treated like a second class citizen over my order being incorrect and my change, I don’t trust you overy food. If they cheat everyone out of four pennies, in a days time, week, or a month, without corporate, having knowledge of it, where’s the money going. This was the morning shit, around about 10.25 am on 1/28/26. The steak biscuit wasn’t old, it wasn’t cooked fresh either. TThe 2 female employees were arrogant, the little guy wasn’t.

Their breakfast offerings are pretty good and consistent from one visit to the next. They should Not Advertise Cinnamon Rolls All Day if they are Not Going to Have Them ALL DAY. 5 DIFFERENT TIMES I ORDERED THEM IN THE MORNING ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY DID NOT HAVE THEM . I called around noon only to be told that that they just cooked them around 11:00 . Looks Like they COULD SELL REALLY GOOD @ Breakfast Times too .Their chicken strips are really good and just as good as most chicken joints and alot better than some. The Hand Breaded Chicken Sandwich was Really Delicious ! The Charbroiled Double Deals for Burgers are Good as well . I appreciate their Hard Work and Thanks Again !
P.S. I tried the New CHICKEN WRAPS and they were really Delicious and Got a FRIED APPLE PIE and it was an EXCELLENT TOPPER ! Good Work Hardee’s !

I love the food at Hardee’s but the service at this particular one is complete trash. Half of the staff were outside doing nothing. Couldn’t get anyone on the drive thru speaker and when I pulled around the girl asked “what you want? Did you order at the speaker?” I just drove off. I absolutely will not be coming back. Done with this location.
