My first time going to this place and I was absolutely satisfied. The young lady took my order and it was out of the frying pan into my stomach in a short period of time. I enjoy the hot flavorful gravy on top of biscuits and some home fries. And they gave me a pretty good amount of home fries that I was satisfied with. Now I would have preferred another biscuit to come with the meal but it is what it is. I was really happy to know that the bathroom was nice and clean and they used a pretty decent brand of hand towels which was Scott. Not too thin a great absorbent paper towel. The bathroom was cleaned and you guys know how I like my bathrooms clean if I’m going to visit your restaurant. LOL. Nonetheless the restaurant was clean garbage cans were not overflowing I even looked towards the back area where the cooking takes place and I didn’t see any greasy walls or anything out of place which tells me they keep up with their sanitary conditions and that makes me happy to eat here. The food was good the location was good customer service was good I have no complaints however as I always say you can always stop by visit for yourself and leave you a review. But I think you’re going to agree with me on this

I want thru drive thru and ordered two sausage and gravy biscuits. I was warmly greeted by Akeelah at the window to take my payment. Kim then appeared quickly with my food. It was hot fresh and delicious. This is Hardee’s is Fast, Super Friendly and delicious!

First time at this Hardee’s. Was just gonna get a drink and leave but we figured we’d eat lunch before shopping. We had the pleasure of interacting with Ms Akeelah, she was an absolute doll. I just went through the drive thru and Akeelah the shift leader was the absolute best. Great customer service and the perfect representation of what you want for your business. We as society are quick to get online and leave a bad review.. but when someone exceeds expectations they should be praised for it!!

I know this place as Carl’s Jr. Was my first experience in a Hardee’s location. The menus are different from what I’m used too, but that’s more than okay with me.
The location is clean and well maintained. The manager a delight to speak with, she had the best service and personality. The food tastes delicious, and you get a lot of food for hardly any money. The crew here really added to the experience. We will be back in the future.

When to the drive through at 830, they said they were closed. They said they usually closed at 8:45. What fast food restaurant closes at 8:45? In America, it’s like you don’t want to make money. This place sucks.

Well if I ever needed a reason to NOT go to Hardees the reason was doubled and tripled this morning.
There were two unhappy customers in line when we arrived. 10 minutes later an employee said ‘we got people up front’. This person had been taking drive thru orders non stop but glanced our way several times with no aknowlegement.
The employee that did finally take our order was obviously distraught and over whelmed but was polite.
There was only about 5 people working.
THIS IS NO WAY TO KEEP A BUSINESS OPEN.
This is so sad because this store once had a very
thriving breakfast customer base.
The food quality has deteriorated.. . Very fatty omlet.. flat biscuits.. very greasy and Salty and the cinnamon raison biscuit wasn’t a biscuit … it was a microwaved frozen cinnamon roll drowned in icing.
While we were eating out our flat greasy salty fatty omelet biscuit, 5 other indiiduals came in… at seperate times.. .stood hopefully at the register for several minutes … and walked out without so much as a nod from your employees.
Even DoorDashers had to wait.
I might add that the people who decide to dine in are just as important as people who chose drive thru.
And I took pictures of the empty parking lot and empty dining room.
Don’t ignore a restaurant critic.
Google maps is very popular and I post a lot of reviews.

This was the first time ordering Hardee’s in a very long time. I ordered a biscuit and gravy and a bacon egg and cheese, hold the egg and add a piece of sausage. How can you be so incompetent. Where the heck is my Bacon, sausage, cheese biscuit!!!!! Morning ruined Read your tickets and always double check the bag before sealing it up and sending it out!!!!!

I overheard a worker speaking with the manager about her schedule. She was not on the clock but he was such a gentleman and his answer were professional and empathetic. I wish businesses had more management like this young man!
