I asked could the bacon be well done they said yes , get to work at the hospital and my bacon is raw im disappointed bc they already are not answering the phone ive called 3-4 times and im at work cant just leave go back now i have no breakfast that i paid for . I usually dont eat hardees breakfast anymore and when I do give them a chance they blow it.

Unfortunately, today I had a bad experience with Hardee’s off Rutherford St. For the last two years I’ve been so polite to this company every time we go there we have to wait at least a minute or two before someone recognizes that we’re waiting to place our order at the drive-thru. This day I decided to go ahead and place my order after the speaker made its announcement as I was about to pull up a representative screams I’m taking another order! I yell back I’ve already ordered and you didn’t say anything when I was ordering. This place is terrible. I tried to contact corporate just to let them know about their behavior at this location. They honestly should close it down so they can get better management and also pay their employees well because their attitudes is terrible and I don’t know if it’s because of the pay or just because they have no one to see how they treat their customers

I ordered a spicy chicken biscuit and was told to pull around bc my chicken had to be cooked. After eating my hashbrowns I started on my chicken biscuit which is always a nice size chicken filet. Today I recieved a thin chicken patty that seems to be grounded up chicken nuggets. Not only was the meal the same price it was not good. Very disappointing. If I had not already been half way home I would have turned around and requested a refund. Def waisted my money!!

We stopped in around 10:30 and ordered breakfast items. The biscuits were hard around the edges and barely warm. The 2 workers at the front were more interested in continuing their conversation than communicating with the customers. While we were eating they both walked outside for a break.

I came through the drive through and ordered 3 chicken tenders. The cashier tried to up sell but all I wanted was 3 chicken tenders. The menu price was $5.39 When I got to the window she said $5,84 but all I had was $5.50 she took that and gave me the bag. When I got home and opened the bag and this is what I got. I usually only go to Hardee’s for breakfast and get a sausage, cheese and egg biscuit. But today I wanted to try the tenders! I had already came home and did not feel like going back. TODAY I WENT BACK!!! I asked for the Manager and Tasha came out and made it right. I have no idea how the girl thought it was okay to hand me a bag with a eaten dry biscuit in it. I am a Manager and if she worked for me that would have ended her employment with the company. I believe that particular Hardee’s is struggling but they do not need employees like her!!!

they take forever. every single time. and how are you no longer serving breakfast at 10:50 when the breakfast menu is still up ?? like be so serious. there’s one lady that’s nice every now and then when we go but that’s all . every other time the service sucks.

The Big Chicken Fillet at Hardee’s is typically my “go to” sandwich. Today was disappointing. I only have a 30 minute break and used half of that time driving to and from Hardee’s only to discover that my fillet was overcooked, burned beyond crispy. The batter cracked and crumpled to pieces off the breast. Not only did it hurt my mouth, it made a mess in my car.

I went by before work and order my food yesterday 12/19/2022. It was delicious plus fresh fries and burger is exactly what was ordered. I went by there today 12/20 the food was okay but the burger was not what I ordered. It was a single super star with cheese! Burger was cold cheese barely melted and very sloppy. Please keep this in mind that I got this same combo yesterday. I called three times and phone was answered but the person was rude because I mentioned to that I ordered a #7 combo the super star cheese burger and he said that’s not a number 7 then quickly said hold on hold on! So I hung up. Looked up the burger on line and the burger I got was not it! I tried to call back and no one answered! I will not go back to this Hardee’s ! I will definitely make sure to check before leaving the parking lot ! Lesson learned for me!

So I’ve been coming here for a while never had a problem come up there today through the drive thru I ordered my food and everything a simple plain bacon biscuit and hash rounds well the service was amazing but I pay and get my food when I get home the hash rounds was cold and i look at my biscuit it’s a bacon egg and cheese ruined my breakfast felt like I wasted money for no reason
