I’ve been going to this location for 15+ years during the off season, more for nostalgia. Good food that my 80+ year old parents and aunt/uncle like.
Great service and food for most of those years, but about 4 months ago, the two ladies that usually run the opening times have not been there. Since then, orders have been wrong, waits have been longer. Expected with this decline in workers, so I expect a little of this.
But on our trip this weekend, yesterday I placed an online order, arrived 15 min AFTER it was supposed to be ready, was literally the 3rd person in line. I watched their timer for drive through reset 4 times, totaling over 22 minutes I was waiting inside. And I only had 3 biscuits I was picking up.
I’m glad I stood in line instead of walking to the mobile pick up area because there were 7-8 people waiting by the time I was attended to. I was then informed they “lost” my order. After showing him my phone receipt, he handed me my order.
I ordered online at 6:15 this morning, showed up at 6:25 with no one in the restaurant or in the drive through, and then waited 4-5 min in the drive through for them to get it to me. I was informed, verbatim, “cinnamon raisin biscuits have been discontinued so I threw 2 apple pies in there instead”. After looking confused at her for about 5 seconds trying to process this, I said “no”. She asked what I would like, I asked for 2 sausage biscuits, and she said she couldn’t do that, so I got 1 sausage biscuit instead.
I drove off as there was a car behind me now. Reaching for my has browns, they weren’t in there. Having to turn around and drive back to the resaurant, I walked in with the bag and receipt. The lady disagreed with me stating I didn’t order hash browns, until I had to point to them on the receipt. She gave me 2 orders for the mistake.
The food was good, not great. The service leads me to find somewhere else they will like better.

As our only lical Hardese and option we have continued over and over to give this location chances to do it right. Theu continuly fail us. Today I ordered Broice with fried egg and sausage, no cheese. I waited over 15 mins in store for our 1 sandwhich after ordering 5mins ahead on the app. Once I got the sandwhich it had folded egg and not our preferred fried egg, which is the egg that goes on the sandwhich. Which the breakfast hrs providing the majority of revenue for the Hardese brand. Why can they not first, hore and have enough employees during this time. And then why can the employees that are there pay attention to details? We have no choice but to now patronize their competitors. Fix This and become our 1st choice again.

Food was decent the front counter staff had a good attitude and waited on me quickly. I ordered a Double Bacon Cheeseburger Combo everything was good with my order except for I only got one hamburger patty on my sandwich. I also ordered a Double Grilled Cheese Bacon Burger Combo That came out perfect .

They can be in there at 5:00 when I gets there around 5:15 in the morning they sometimes have the lights off on Saturday I went with my wife and kids and we ordered three chicken biscuits and everyone was brunt and over cooked and dry out and I call back and they told me that they would make it right but they said that to me before about an order they messed up and emailed the corporate office and got no response about what they were supposed to do about it. They seem like they don’t care about the customer complaints but want their money for food that’s not worth it

this is like the worst fast food to eat at in the entire myrtle beach area. do not go through the drive through because they will make you pull up and wait in front of the store for 20 mins and bring you cold food. I come to this location a lot because it’s so close to my house. but it’s just crazy how slow this location is. it would have been faster to drive to pawleys get food and go home. and why are they making people pull up in the drive through if no one is behind them???!!! and why are they always missing something.

this was the rudest hardees I have ever been to. Was ignored in the beginning then when the man decided it would take our order was cold and did not give a care. ask for management who (i forgot her name) was also cold. told us to call the corporation to complain. And refused to give us the general manager’s name or number. Do not go there! If I could give a negative star I would. They should be closed down

We went through the drive thru on a very rainy day. One car in front of us. We waited 15 minutes in line. We took our meal home and when we opened it. There wasn’t anything in it that we ordered. Of course we were over charged for the plain burgers that we didn’t order. Food was terrible. The fries were soggy. We didn’t want to go back out in the torrential rain to return it. That was the 1st and last try at Hardee’s.
