Went through drive thru and the young lady had an attitude while my wife was trying to be as polite as possible, got to the window finally after waiting and waited some more. No care or sense of time whatsoever, the employees were in no rush to get our food. Then when they finally brought our food to the window the employee had a “take it and go” attitude. My drink was the wrong drink so I pulled off to the side and went in and got my correct drink! My burger was burnt, my tenders were cold and the only upside was the fries were fresh, I was just passing through but I wouldn’t recommend eating there

Several items missing after waiting 10 min for food. Food we did receive was cold. Employees behind the counter playing around not paying attention to customers. Went back to counter to get missing items, 2 employees looked right at me, and kept walking all while laughing and playing. Cussing was out of control

Have always been a Big fan of Hardee’s. But now a days it is hard to find one that’s actually has hot food and prepares right.
This was a great Hardee’s! Food was hot and great quality. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. Thank you!

Absolutely none of our orders were correct, on one of the burgers there were supposed to be 2 patty’s and we got 1 large one, and 2 tiny ones. All the other orders were not the right, from lack of toppings, sauces or adding when we asked for none of it. It took almost 20 minutes to get our food.

Just pick my food the hash brown wasn’t cooked and greasy the sandwich biscuit wish it was bacon. The bacon was raw. The biscuit came apart didn’t give me an apple pie look like some about a big old bite out of it. I asked a girl for some syrup. She told me they don’t have syrup at Hardees, which I know that’s a lie. You really need to do better how they used to be a breakfast spot at one point. The way you go for breakfast you want good hot food. Everything was just cold. The hash brown was warm, but everything else was just cold. Even the apple pie used to been good and hot that was cold.

The place was empty. When our order came it was Ice cold. My husband’s Frisco burger was put on plain untoasted bread. It was a very unappetizing meal. They were too busy socializing, I guess, to cook a decent meal for their customers.
10/10/2025 As an update, the owner/manager spoke with me on the phone and has given us a replacement meal. We were able to eat at a restaurant that is closer to us. We were very satisfied with her handling of the situation.
