Ordered a sausage and egg biscuit and ended up with a sausage and cheese biscuit. I asked the cashier and manager to confirm my order. They both confirmed that it was correct. WRONG!

Mistake, we walked in. Suggest go the drive thru. We ordered up front. Hardee’s employee left off one sandwich. Had to get back in line and wait half hour or more for Frisco burger. Saw lots of food go out the drive up window. Pitiful equity in service. There should be some order on how they fill orders as they come in. When we got home one of the sandwiches was not what we ordered. We had it ordered more expensive sandwich. We notice other people in line had the same problems.

Horrible service and food, menu was on lunch and no lunch was ready, bought a breakfast meal and it was rock hard, the cheese and biscuit was well over its time to throw away and the eggs looked like plastic!

My brother has worked in the Hardee’s business for almost 10 years and when I brought him our breakfast he was appalled. My platter was shy on food, the eggs were not done right, the biscuit was not Hardee’s quality and my sausage patty was burned. It looked to me as they had no control over their employees yelling back at each other. It was so bad they gave the two gentlemen ahead of me their food for free because they had waited so long for their food. They might be trying to do their best but this is not the way a restaurant should be handled.

Went thru the drive thru. It took a few minutes to get someone to take my order. Pulled to the windows, there’s nobody there. Don’t see any employees. Sat at the windows for 10 minutes before even seeing someone. Do not recommend unless you like your ‘fast food’ slow as molasses

This is the best Hardee’s in Charleston! The staff is amazing Reba and Steve are the best managers. The staff is already friendly and the food is always fresh. Inside the store is very clean. I love them they all need a raise

Update 01/28/2024 I know you guys went through a ruff few months with not enough staff and management switch but my last few visits have been amazing! Just thought I let you guys know

Sunday 02/04/24 @6:20 I visit this location again!! Picture below everything was perfect hot fresh biscuit was soft just like I like it! The crew was smiling and friendly! Everyone usually gives bad reviews at restaurants! I sure love where it’s due……Keep up the good work you guys❤️
