BEWARE: Terrible customer service and staff. Was just there to pick up an Uber order and they didn’t have the drinks ready (they didn’t mention that Coke Zero was not working), so I asked if they had Coke Zero at their drive-thru window and allll I got was attitude while I was trying to talk to my customer as to what they wanted instead. I got yelled at by staff and Nicole, the apparent “General Manager”…and they took the food away. All this does is affect the actual customer not me, but they wanted to be bitter and rude. Not worth going to AT ALL if close to another Hardee’s or ANY other fast food place.

Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional, should not be in business.
Perhaps the smoke covered kitchen should have been enough to send me back out the door. I foolishly decided to order anyway. the Nashville Chicken sandwich was like dog food. They took a chicken patty and dumped seasoning all over it, to the point of being more seasoning than patty. It looked nothing like what was advertised. The fries also had burnt specks on them. It was so bad that I tried to return my food, pointing out the appearance compared to what was advertised on the board. The manager simply told me that it was a rub and supposed to look like that. This is the first time I ever tried to send my food back at a fast food restaurant. Avoid at all cost, these people do not care and should not be in business!

We stopped by for breakfast, waited on food for 40 mins, we get our tater tots and they have black spots all over it from old oil. So nasty. No sodas all empty, no ice. Just terrible. And the manager has no customer service experience.

I asked as soon as I got to the drive though before I ordered I asked that my food be made fresh however none of it was made fresh tots were in fact not cooked all the way and tasted and smelt like burnt oil now I’m not dummy to this but this is ridiculous if you truly don’t want the job then please find somewhere else to be Hardee’s needs to do better with hiring choices ! It’s not always about HIRE HIRE HIRE !!!! Hardee’s is a expensive place to eat at and people should never have to pay for something that does not meet there standards yet alone you ask for your food to be made fresh and from the reviews on these I should have looked before going to this Hardee’s all the ones in North Charleston are closed and this is absolutely ridiculous!!!! JUST TERRIBLE they need to close this one down to and reopen with people who truly care to make sure customers get what they pay for get it together or shut them all down ! The next time we want Hardee’s I guess we will be going to North Carolina !

Im not sure if they got a new manager but this location has gone downhill and I see another Hardee’s closure in the near future. Its unfortunate because the staff used to be extremely nice and their food was great. The last three times ive gone there I havent been able to get what I want. They were “out” of milkshakes last time. Before that they were closed around 11 AM. Today they weren’t doing breakfast anymore at 10:30 AM when its supposed to end at 12. This has all been in the last week. Another time recently they said they weren’t doing breakfast anymore at 10:30 and I asked if the time of breakfast changed and they said they had run out of biscuits. My mom worked at Hardee’s years ago and said they could easily make more especially if there is that much time left for breakfast. Another time I asked for two sausage egg biscuits for the 2 for $5 and I wanted to add cheese. They told me they couldn’t do the $1 additional for the cheese, they had to do full price. That made me essentially pay $3 for each piece of cheese. They used to honor the 2 for $5 and charge $1 for each piece of cheese. When I left, I realized they didnt have egg on them. I went back and the manager told me that I said I wanted sausage biscuits and made it seem like she didnt want to remake them. I was frequenting often months ago but now I barely waste my time trying.

I ordered from the drive through today around 430. There was one car in front of me. I usually NEVER have issues here, the food is always good, and the employees are always very nice and friendly, at least the ones I usually encounter. That being said, today was the first time ive had appalling service from this location. When I was ordering at the drive through the lady seemed to be rushing me, and annoyed the more I ordered. When I got to the window I said hey, nothing, and that’s fine, some people have off days I understand but she practically threw the bag at me and before I could say thank you the window was slammed in my face, HARD. having a bad day is understandable. We’ve all had those days, but that’s not something you should take out on the paying customers.
Also, I did order 2 double burgers that ended up being single burgers. Its really no big deal at all, like I said I love this location and have never had an issue there before, but the attitude from that employee was very unnecessary.

Everything was amazing. The food was phenomenal. The customer service was to die for. I love Hardee’s. It was very reasonably priced and it was fantastic. The tables were so clean, and the environment was very cleanly and cute.

i’m satisfied I’m so hungry and my hunger was cured. The staff was so pleasant and amazing and friendly. Everyone is so beautiful here look very clean. The food is amazing. I will be back.

Terrible person at drive thru . We were waiting forever then she came on the Mike “CAN I HELP YOU!!!” 4 TIMES VERY RUDE!!! I ASKED WAS SHE SERIOUSLY TREATING A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT AFTER I WAS WAITING FOR OVER 10 MINUTES..SHE PROCEDES TO TELL ME ; VERY SARCASTICLY; TOTAL DISRESPECT I DID TRY TO ORDER BUT SHE KEPT INTERRUPTING ME RUSHING MY ORDER ; NOT ALLOWING ME TO COMPLETE A SENTENCE.
SHE WAS NOT IN THE RESTROOM ; THEY WERE OUT BACK BY THE MENU BOARD STANDING AROUND SMOKING AND LAUGHING AND MAKING FUN THAT I KEPT SAYING EXCUSE ME TO THE “DRIVE-THRU ORDERING MENU BOARD!
I PULLED UP A 5:54 AND THE AUTOMATIED VOICE ASKED WAS I USING MY MOBILE APP? I RESPONDED NO SIR! THEN I KEPT TRYING TO GET A PERSON AFTER ABOUT 10 MINUTES ; I ASKED A COUPLE OF PERSON BEHIND THE MENU ; CAN I ORDER HERE AT THE SPEAKER ? NOBODY IS ANSWERING. SOMEONE RESPONDED THAT “SHE WILL ANSWER YOU SOON” THEY WERE THERE THE WHOLE entire TIME. THEN ABOUT 5 MINUTES LATER..
“SHE” CAME ON THE SPEAKER WITH HER ATTITUDE!!! WE WERE GONNA ORDER AROUND 50 DOLLARS WORTH OF FOOD BECAUSE I WAS BUYING FOR A BASEBALL TEAM THAT HAD SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR FOOD FROM HARDEE’S !!! AFTER TRYING TO ORDER ; UNSUCCESSFULLY; WE LEFT AND WENT TO ANOTHER PLACE!!

I ordered a large double bacon cheeseburger combo and a honey mustard chicken wrap. I paid $15 for this. When I get home and unwrapped my food I find out I got a a double big cheeseburger, small fries, and a ranch chicken wrap. Check your order before you leave. I definitely would say this was a waste of $15.
