Food was fantasic.
Parking is easy and large.
Bathrooms, lobby and parking lot are clean.
Only 2 of the 6-ish employees seemed to want to even be there. The cashier with colorful hair stayed on her phone with a sour face the entire time and one of the gentlemen in the back “organized and straightened” the SAME stack of sandwich papers the entire time we were there. Walked through the door, order, wait, eat, ect, never actually set the stack down unless to pick the phone back up and leave the tasks to the oter teammates. Cashier put down her phone to place our order then back to phone without asking if we wanted a reciept (we did but never got one). I ordered egg on my buscuit but was unable to verify if one was rang in and/or if I paid for one like I’d planned to. Luckily when my food came withiut one the larger gentlemen (held himself like a manager wether he is one or not) was happy to help at no cost. (If i could tip and praise only him and the cook that WAS working, I would). When other customers were there cassier would have stayed on her phone to place the orders is she could. Food for thought.

My wife and I come here every morning for breakfast. It has always been pleasant until this morning. The woman running the drive through shouldn’t be in contact with the public. All she tried to do was talk over us while ordering and getting an attitude. She messed up every order in front of us. Thats what happens when someone has NO public communication skills. I am sure there is a place for her there. But it should NEVER be interacting with the public. I can’t say I won’t be back but it will probably be a while.

I find it very neglectful that they would allow people to wait in line without ever coming to check on them using that automated machine and then when you try to get their attention, everyone walks away from you and the front door is locked when clearly the time says that they are open how unprofessional tacky and less than to treat a customer that way I am very dissatisfied and I will be speaking to a manager about this. If you were closed communicate about that, however don’t waste peoples time. It’s early in the morning and we have to go to work.

Don’t remember dress code including articles of clothing flipping people off. This stores standards have really sank low. Disappointing, unacceptable. The Spiritual Battle is Real in America. Praise the Lord!

This Hardy’s in conveniently located a quarter mile off of Interstate 26. Just follow the signs. Nice dining room but you have to decide whether you want an uncomfortable seat with no seat padding or no seat back padded. No seating had both. Good food. Fast service. Friendly staff.

I changed my 5 star review to 1 star. My boyfriend stopped by this morning on his way home from work. I was on the phone with him. He ordered for me and was in the process of telling the woman that he needed Splenda and cream for my coffee. This woman cut him off and didn’t let him finish. I stopped him right there and told him I didn’t want anything from there anymore. He did order his biscuit. He stopped by Bojangles after he left there to get something for me. They were very sweet to him there. This will be the last time we go to this Hardee’s. We used to stop there all the time and the staff was so sweet and welcoming. What happened?

Got biscuits for my family and everyone found hair in their biscuit. Disgusting food at this Hardee’s. Girl at window didn’t speak clearly and mumbled. Had to ask three different times for how much the price was. Just not impressed here at all.

My first ever fast food review. We stopped through around 10am 1/2/25. The gentleman behind the counter was great and the rest of the staff all worked together so nicely. It was so clean too – the drink area and the bathrooms. We were not expecting that and were so pleasantly surprised!
