This is the worst run restaurant I have ever been in. It took almost 5 minutes to be waited on although there were no other customers in the whole restaurant. The manager was sitting at the counter and said someone would be with me. However the manager finally got up from her chair and she took my order. I tried to get Coke from self serve machine and both sides only poured water.
I told manager and she asked another employee to fix me coke from back. It actually was cherry coke not regular coke I wanted. The fries were not edible. Cold and soggy. The burger was only ok. There is a lack of caring or professional attitude here. I will not eat here again

I thought when I ordered the pulled pork I was actually going to get a pulled pork sandwich . It’s helpful just read . Great burger but not enough pulled pork. As a mistake on my part was made the General manager corrected it without problems. Just know that reading maybe a things of the past but is helpful to get food correct.

We pulled in with my friends we had two different orders, lady with the red locs already had an attitude, we waited 20 minutes for our food, that wasn’t even correct, they had another lady pulled up next to us aswell, we go in lady doesn’t even acknowledge us, as we are standing there she’s making a shake she licks her fingers as she’s making the shake not once out as she pulls out the whipped cream , the whipped cream is on her hand while also touching the top of the lady shakes and licks her fingers again, that is very unsanitary, and the store looked dirty but no customers. This is the one and only time I’ll eat at Hardee’s . The food already isn’t good we just visited on some high shii lol….but yeaa never again.

Had my food delivered. No problem there but the food was awful. Got a chicken sandwich with a small piece of burnt chicken. Even the pickles were old. Also ordered 4 apple turnovers but only received 2.. Will not return.

Line moved fast for breakfast much better than the one in Lexington. Food was fresh. Took 1 star off for ordering 3 large meals but hashbrowns only being filled half way when we pay extra.

Absolutely horrible visit! We were the only car in the drive-through and it took the worker 4 minutes to acknowledge we needed to order. Only ordered 2 items which were 2 platters and they still pulled us forward.
Could not get my rewards to scan so I asked for a receipt which was obviously an issue with the employee.
I asked what were they waiting on and they said eggs and bacon so we pulled up and still waited over 11 min so we are already over 15 minutes for the only car in the drive-through.
By this time I went I side and waited another 4 minutes only to be told this time they were waiting on biscuits.
So obviously they were waiting on all breakfast items but now 4 cars have pulled up and giving there food and left.
So and 930 in the morning and they have no breakfast food items means they are not making food and making customers wait and definitely not friendly about it.
For sure won’t be back to this location for a long time.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered my food through the app and arrived at the time I was supposed to. I stand inside for about 5 minutes then 2 of the three workers come inside from the side door. Needless to say my order is not ready. The one employee that has been inside pulls my food up from the fryer and walks away to finish what he was doing before. Finally he makes my sandwiches and then they realize they don’t have any apple turnovers made. I ask for a refund and I’m told they won’t do that for an app order and if I want the turnovers I have to wait another 7 minutes. I opted to leave without them or my refund. The fries were horrible cold hard and inedible. Didn’t have half the sauces I want but that didn’t matter since the fries went in the trash as well. This isn’t the bad experience I have had here but it will be the last!

They gave me double fried fries to make them hot (I have worked at fast food in my teenage years so I remember the tricks but I also remember how nasty they were) and didn’t even toast the Frisco burger, which was cold enough to where the cheese didn’t melt on it. Realized that after trying a bite. Gross. You can see how old the fries look in the photo

Everybody always writes bad reviews and never a good one about fast food restaurants. We had the best experience while driving through Columbia at this Hardee’s. Jahmeik S was so friendly and helpful. The manager on duty was super friendly as well. Not a regular fast food experience. Thank you!
