These people are slack, they can not read the orders right, I ordered a # 1 combo. Never ask for a triple burger, but instead of reading, they slap three extra patties on. Waited over 10 minutes just to get this trash. Never again will I ever eat at this disgusting establishment.

The little lady at the drive thru taking orders was the only one doing her job correctly. The manager and expeditor was not, there was 2 vehicles ahead of me when we were asked to park for a few minutes to wait on chicken tenders to finish. 35 minutes later, my husband goes inside and they refuse to pull his ticket, and still didn’t give us my hot ham and cheese, nor our receipt! They are thieves, definition of a thief: to take or receive monetary profit and refuse to give the goods of, purchased! Now I say that because not only when the manager and employees brought forth the other customers products, they were told and instead of assisting they caught very negative attitudes then tried to cause a scene! So I called when we left about my sandwich and they think it’s my job to not be upset, and come back for my food 20 minutes away! This is my sandwich not my child’s! Yall are not deserving of your positions! I have worked fast food and family restraurants my whole life that is not how it’s done!!! Shut this place down and put real restraurant in swansea with more considerate corporations when it comes to service and employees! That’s the real truth!!

Sorry, excuse for a fast food restaurant, ordered one sandwich that is it. Nothing else sat in the drive-through for 30 to 35 minutes until I had to get out of my vehicle and go inside and talk to someone at the counter and she enlightened to tell me that they did not have the stuff to make my sandwich that they would have to thaw it out. then why would you even offer it if the food was not even prepped and ready as well as did not get my money back Either!!!!! Walked away and would not come back to the counter after I told them I didn’t want anything else. Do not recommend Hardee’s in Swansea whatsoever!!!

February 26th, purchased a Frisco breakfast burger combo that had absolutely no flavor and the bread was BURNT, it was a waste of money if you want my honest opinion. All I could taste is BURNT BREAD, AND NO,I DID NOT EAT IT.

Well Hardee’s let me down.The last 2 times I’ve gotten the original bag the spicy chicken sandwich was not good. The buns chewy the lettuce brown the chicken patty dried out. So it was made sat around in heat and the patty was dried out before it was made. This is what holding timers are made for so you dont sell garbage.Production charts workers and managers. Fries were hot apple pie was great drink was a drink. Service was good was a pleasant dt worker and usually is..Spicy chicken just started back dont ruin it for your customers.

Now I’mma say this when a person gets off work, they should not and I repeat not have to spend their money and get played with. I am highly disappointed that I’m not only had to pull up and wait for this disaster, but I should’ve checked the sandwiches before I left, but they don’t gotta worry about me coming back. If zero stars was an option I would give it nothing. Do not ever give this place your money! I waited over 30 mins for a kids meal and a hot ham and cheese meal. Once I had the kids meal it was another 10 mins for the ham sandwich. The employees are rude and we’re sitting around talking as I waited by the drive thru window.
What really happened was they ran out of food and were waiting for one of the other employees to come back with groceries. My ham and cheese was literally cheap ham from dollar general that was microwaved. It was so disgusting that it was thrown in the trash. The fries were cold too. Do yourself a favor and drive somewhere else to get food. This Hardee’s doesn’t deserve to stay open.
