Really hate to leave bad reviews, but it is absolutely necessary for this location. When they first opened things were awesome: the store was always clean and the food was quality with great service. I’m not sure how things went so wrong so fast. At least half the time my order will be incorrect, they will make it right but be prepared to wait. Now, everything is absolutely filthy. I’m not exaggerating: food all over the floor, flavored red syrup all over the place where they prepare either desert or milkshakes, glass around the heat lamps where the food comes from the grill to the counter is so smudged you ca barely see through it, the baseboards don’t look like they had been cleaned since the store first opened. Also the service frankly sucks. I tried to walk in this evening for a simple order of chicken tenders. I stood first in line at the register for 15 minutes before I finally gave up and went to the gas station Pizza Hut. It’s painfully obvious the manager at this location is in over their head or just doesn’t care. Wont be going back.

I went to this location because it recently opened. I was going to go through the drive threw but half of the menu was out, so I decided to go in side. Inside I waited patiently for one other customer to finish placing his order. I ordered a dbl grilled cheese burger combo and a dbl cheese burger. Positive since my order was the only one on the board it got ready quickly. Since I had to remind them I did not recieve my drink yet, I proceeded to check my order then the lady who got me my drink and handed me my order says your good I trust them. Well it’s on me for trusting them. Got home and I was excited to try the dbl grilled cheese burger out just to find two dbl cheeseburgers. I called them and the lady took my name and promised me the next time I come in they will make me one. I appreciate it, and thank you. To be blunt their is an 80% chance I will not visit this location again. I really hope the Owner of this location does something to change their dinners experiences, the location of the store is going to make it hard enough to stay open. With 2.5 stars and not even being open for a year it’s going to be hard to keep the doors open or from Hardees taking the franchise location from them. Please do better, I dont want see a small business owner losing because their staff isnt paying attention.

So I came in here today after school with me and my two boys my order was small hat ham and cheese a single piece of chicken 5 piece tender meal and a biggie bag the customer service was great today

I will Not be going back. between the employees with long finger nails and nose rings and employees not getting orders correctly this place is a joke. for it to be a new location its horrible.

I’m not trying to be rude. The lady that did the drive-thru was nice somewhat but her nails were really long and dirty she was touching my fries and pushing them in the bag it should be mandatory that if your nails are dirty and long like that working in fast food they should be trimmed and clean. Also don’t touch the food with your hands. I don’t think I’ll be able to eat there anymore.

Horrible! Very disorganized. I was highly disappointed I thought this location was gonna be wayyy better than Swansea but it’s equal, better yet worse at least the people in Swansea know what they’re doing but the workers here act so clueless. They take forever and a day especially the cooks, but you can’t blame them so I blame management. Very horrible management!
