Food was soggy and there was a hole in the burgers wrapper. I didnt even feel like going back. The young lady at the drive through is really unprofessional, ill mannered. Threw napkins in bag. Just the way everything was in my bag. Fries not even in the container…mannn you dont have to worry about me coming back.

Making people pull over at the drive-thru to get away from the counter. Just timing them on drive-thru. Service is ridiculous. There was nobody in the Drive-Thru line but me and asked me to pull away from the window right after I paid

This is by far the worst Hardee’s I’ve ever visited. I ordered a BLT Frisco burger and the bread was was not toasted and very soggy, and the bacon was undercooked. The service was mediocre and not very customer friendly. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. Completely disappointing….I wont give this location another chance.

Valentine’s Day 2026- Walked in at 10:15 to get heart shaped biscuits for breakfast. MANAGER indicated that they were going to be a few minutes because they were “making 2 big DoorDash orders”. After 20 minutes, 7 customers at register, ZERO orders taken. 30 minutes after entering, the MANAGER, who has been putting the sandwiches into the paper for 30 minutes, announces to the 9 but people in line that “there are no more biscuits and it will take her 20 minutes to make more!

Mostly visit for breakfast so eggs are cooked great or greasy with burned edges.
Biscuits the same way. Either nice and fluffy or hard as a rock.
No consistency when we visit multiple times and week.
Workers are about the same.
Really nice or rude as can be.
This is the closest location so we visit often as they have good deals in the middle of town.

These folks are pitiful! The wait in the drive thru was bad enough they made my biscuit wrong & gave us the wrong drink. The ham was not Country ham, but sandwich meat!! Pathetic! For what we just paid for 2 biscuits we could have gotten a whole meal!!

Stood at the counter 10 minutes 3 workers walking back and forth not even speaking to me before they finally decided to take my order. It was 2:00 in the afternoon.It took them 15 minutes to make our lunch no other customers in the building. I told them we were dining in, got my food in bag no tray. My mushroom swiss burger was smashed so flat is wasn’t even 1/2 inch thick. We will not be back.
