Extremely disappointed in management staff at this location. I was at the front counter for 10 minutes trying to get some assistance with the app. The manager came to me to assist (which I’m grateful for). She didn’t have a solution so she said let me call my boss… she went to the back and i heard laughing coming from the back room. … 3 minutes later she came out after another customer was behind me. I let that customer go in front of me and was hoping that she had a solution. She didn’t i asked her a question and she went back to the back and I didn’t see her for about 5 minutes. She locked eyes with me and proceeded to ignore me. I kindly just left. I was disappointed because she actually seemed like a nice person but bad customer service is bad customer service. You are not supposed to just leave a customer at the front and not help. I’m not a difficult person to talk to. She could have said hey I apologize but i can’t get in touch with my boss and I’m not sure how to solve the issue the app is having right now may i assist you with anything else and i would have appreciated that and just ate there but this was very unprofessional. I can not recommend this place. Also THE DISHES THEY COOK OUT OF WAS ON THE FLOOR‼️‼️‼️ THOSE ARE THE PANS THEY COOK WITH AND THEY ARE ON THE FLOOR. How does this place have an A rating ??? Just ordered breakfast and the lady who took our order, ”Wanda,” if that’s actually her name. I had to ask the guy who gave our food, he was nice. However, “Wanda” made me feel rushed while taking my order. I could barely finish every item I ordered before she proceeded to say “anything else?” My dad wanted me to ask if they had hot sauce so I asked if they did for his combo and she said “i’m sorry?” i asked the question again and she went quiet. I told her “if you don’t can I get barb-“, she then cut me off again with “anything else?!” The last thing I requested that we get ketchup packets, but before I could even get ketchup out my mouth she cut me off again and told us we can ask at the window. In the end of ordering I told her that I would like for her to stop interrupting me and let me finish saying my order and to have patience. She proceeded to say, “i have patience” If she had patience she would let me finish talking before cutting me off and answer my questions. When we got to the window I repeated my order to the guy and mentioned the barbecue sauce. We are already on a long 4 hr drive to get home from our vacation weekend so we drove off before checking our bag and come to find out..no barbecue sauce for our combo, ketchup, which is okay because we did fail to mention it to the guy at the window, nor napkins. I should trust the workers to think about their customers. I definitely got the feeling she didn’t want her coworkers to add our condiments or napkins. I know how food workers can be when it comes to rude customers, however I was never initially rude to the lady and was very nice until she made me feel like I was not welcomed. I gave the lady the benefit of the doubt at first, but she just kept cutting me off and got annoyed. She definitely made the experience bad and would not come back. I see why the reviews are low.

The service was awful. They had about three people just standing around. No greeting at all. No thank you. Mostly just had their own little conversations going on. Most rude employees I’ve pretty much seen. The biscuit was undercooked and cold. Didn’t get a napkin in the bag and too afraid to ask without a rude comment being said. Will NOT be stopping here again!!

Went to dine in at 8 pm on a Tuesday and a worker was locking the door, (sign says dine in til 10pm) I KNOW she saw me and never acknowledged me trying to get in. The evening staff is always rude and even when not busy our order takes forever to receive. This location is lacking in professionalism and common customer service!! I will no longer eat at this location!!

Was passing through only heard complaints about the district manager lets his daughters work for him and pay them more money and they really not supposed to be working there so why should they work hard !!! I was only there to order breakfast it wasn’t busy and really could care less. I asked for the manager name was told princess. I really didn’t understand the name . I want be back

As you can see from the pictures, there were no lampshades on 2 of the 3 lamps. The closet had hangers laying in the floor and there was a spare blanket, that had obviously been used, bunched up on the shelf. There was yellow drip marks on the wall by the bathroom, and the shower basin was grimy. In the hallway on our floor, there were multiple places where the ceiling tiles were missing. For breakfast the steam table had no pans of food, just old water with a few pieces of scrambled egg floating in it. No fresh cream for coffee, just powdered coffee mate. Luckily there was a Starbucks across the parking lot. On this trip we stayed at 2 other Hampton Inns located in South Carolina and Florida that were excellent. They were clean, well kept, and had fresh hot food and coffee for breakfast. I seriously think that Hampton Inns needs to come in and literally clean house at this location. This experience was what I would expect from a budget motel, not a Hilton owned hotel. Avoid this location.

As grossed out as I was, I probably should have given this place one star, but I will give credit where credit is due. I got through the line fairly quickly, the staff was really nice, and the only issue I had was with my rotten egg. For this particular biscuit they advertise it being a fresh egg, which I’m all about. But fresh is certainly not rotten, the smell alone could floor me. I will be back, I definitely won’t be back for breakfast for a long time.
