Passing through on way to Aiken. Had breakfast, and it was fresh and delicous. Staff was friendly and the store was clean. Overall a great experience for a fast food restraunt. Had a great view of the downtown landscapes.

It is 8:00pm and they are saying that all they have are chicken breasts left. If the store closes at 9:00pm and the customer asks for chicken thighs wouldn’t they make what the customer wants? I would have waited on the chicken to cook. Then the young girl at the window seemed to be mad when I simply asked the question “It is 8 and you say you close at 9? Why couldn’t they cook me some chicken?” She shrugged her shoulders.
I am only giving the food 3-stars because it seems everytime you go, they are out of mashed potatoes, coleslaw, green beans or something. It is frustrating as heck!

Food was good, service was exceptional. Thank you Jalen. She was taking orders on front end and drive thru simultaneously as well as bagging orders for both without missing a beat. She had staff there, but they was as slow as molasses. Customers didn’t get upset cause she kept the line moving quickly and efficiently by herself. Please get this lady some competent staff that wants to work. That understands the sense of urgency. That is self motivated. Before a great worker walks out that door from burnout.

On December 30 my husband and I went inside the Hardee’s of Bamberg restaurant. We could not get to the counter because trash cans were placed in front of the counter with trash overflowing from them. There was also trash on the floor. Behind the counter was very messy also with empty bags, trash, and crumbs everywhere. The customer service was decent. We were greeted and our order was taken and prepared in a timely manner. There was no explanation offered for the condition the restaurant. Not even a simple, excuse the mess. There were several people working and no one was making any attempt to clean anything.

This is what you get when you order a mushroom swiss burger and you ask them nicely to cut it in half because you are driving. On top of the fact that my camera is making the beef look darker than it is. Dang every time I come into this town and stop here they get worse!
