Had excellent service when placing my order, I believe it was Bowen…he was very polite and made sure everything was hot and fresh. Took the first booth that was available and it was clean, and even the windows! Very impressed..Keep it up guys, very much appreciated!!

Skip unless you want a side of dysentery, the employees don’t wash their hands after using the restroom nor do they clean the restrooms apparently. I also snapped a photo of this lovely hole above the sink. 10/10 filthy.

Bread on a Frisco was soggy, burger we ordered had half a piece of lettuce. While waiting a couple came in( employees i assume) looked like they crawled out of the dumpster. Walking all around the kitchen area. Won’t be coming back again.

Placed an online order for delivery. Waited almost two hours and then decided to call and ask for the order to be canceled or refunded, but the person who answered the phone said there was nothing they could do. They went, “Well, we made it already”, like I want almost two hour old food…
Went onto the app, tried the ‘contact us’ feature on my mobile order and it said to contact the store. So I’m stuck waiting on someone to get back to me after putting in a comment. Hardee’s please do better!
