This spot was great. It is beside the Inn and it is designed to match. Very accessible although it took me a second to recognize it. Looped around and ordered our food. The gentleman was so patient and courteous. My daughter said he was the nicest fast food person she ever heard. We got our food fast and it was REALLY good. I haven’t had Hardee’s in years, but I am glad it’s still the same as I remember it. The food SERVINGS were FANTASTIC for the price! My burger was so big in comparison to other fast food restaurants and actually looked appetizing. Definitely choosing this chain over the others whenever I spot one and we need a quick meal. Thank you!

This was the best fast food restaurant! The service was friendly and quick. Most places neglect the dine-in customers in favor of the drive-up window but not this Hardee’s. The food was great and the staff was incredible. A customer left some pills on the counter and one of the staff went around the dining area looking for them. We will be back next time we visit Asheville.

Guess I’ll have’ta check every bit of my order next time! Ha

The crap we put up with, just to help support the low wage workers here in “Trashville”!
If the manager would just provide access to rate their meal online, I wouldn’t have’ta rate the bad results on Google….oh well..

Terrible experience, our party of six walked out after we waited about five minutes to be waited on when the only guy who was supposed to be taken our order came in from outside and told us he’d be right there…. as he walked by Us into the back where only one cook was trying his best to keep it together by himself.
Sad really, we went to Arby’s and received great fast service and hot food and on our way.

I have been back multiple times since the restaurant reopened. The staff is always pleasant and the store is always clean. I have not had anything that was fresh and delicious during breakfast and lunch. My go to fast food!

First off the manager is delightful. The girl at the drive-thru window looks like her best friend just passed. No smile,no manners. cut and dry. This is the third time I’ve had issues there. This time I ordered the chicken platter and when I checked the bag there was not any coleslaw and the toast was a dried plain half of a hamburger bun. I went back to the window and the girl said well we don’t have coleslaw I said well you could have told me that prior. And what about the dried up bread she said yeah we ran out of that toast also. I said why couldn’t you have just told me she said well I didn’t put the food in your bag. Lol. I got a cinnamon bun for my troubles. Last time there I ordered a double mashed potatoes and gravy and there was no gravy. and when I went back they said they never had gravy same story. The manager really took care of me well the last time but I think I might be done this time. Sorry manager. I don’t think it’s you. it’s the girl at the window and whoever prepared my food for the third time.

My 2 double cheeseburgers were cold, I asked them to do them over ! Because I know they have the burgers sitting in a container !! They have adopted the system of McDonald’s, burgers are already cooked and stored and that’s the reason I stopped eating at McDonald’s 3 years ago. The staff has a bad attitude with someone letting them know that there service sucks !!! Avoid them !! They sucked before storm heleen , they should’ve stayed closed. They suck.
