Watch them. Spend 15 minutes. Making three hamburgers asked for no cheese on my hamburger. I got cheese on my hamburger. After several minutes telling me they’re going to remake it, they asked to inspect my hamburger again. The woman in the back seemed incredibly confused and the teenager running the drive-thru kept telling her what she needed to do. It looked like she was on drugs. Going to stay away from this Hardee’s for the rest of my life. Maybe all of them.

This Hardee’s is in a college town with a busy environment but still provides great customer service. Inside was very clean, restrooms were clean. Food was fresh and hot!!
The employee was friendly and patient even though we had a very difficult order. They took the time to repeat it back until everything was perfect.

This location is always super busy for breakfast, but I got them on a good day. I ordered a country-fried steak biscuit and some hash rounds (I forgot what size). It was under $10 for this meal, which I was pretty satisfied with. The hash rounds were pretty good. They survived a car ride back to the office and were still nice and crunch. The country-fried steak biscuit was pretty good, too. The biscuit was nice. The country-fried steak was delicious. I am not sure if gravy is supposed to be on it or not, but it was pretty good plain. I definitely recommend their breakfast! It was quick to order and to get the food.

I ordered the Hardee’s Famous Star Single Burger today. It cost under $5.00 and was quite large and tasty. They offer a Super Star double burger too. I can only imagine how big that is. I liked the rustic decor of the dining room. It make it feel very welcoming and cozy.

Have a good breakfast and a short wait time.. the ladies behind the counter were super friendly and actually seemed to care about the service they provided which…let’s face it… Is not easy thing to find now days. Also the bathroom was clean and sanitary which is always a good sign.. lol

OMG this experience was absolute rock bottom. We planned to dine inside because the drive thru was doing a brisk business. Their were only 2 orders ahead of us. My wife and I each ordered a single biscuit. Then we waited. And waited. And waited………
The restaurant was fully staffed ( 7 employees ) and I noticed 3 employee mostly standing in the area where food is placed in bags. 3 employees waiting for something to happen. After 15 minutes we asked for a refund and I apologized to the totally useless staff saying ” I’m sorry. I thought this was a fast food restaurant “. When we left the folks that were ahead of us were still waiting.
HARDEE’S YOU WILL NEVER STEAL MY TIME AGAIN ! TOTAL BS !

Waited for the staff power wow in the dining room to get over before we were able to be waited on. Actually hollered out “Hello” before we were waited on. Then of course they were sweet as could be. Place was clean, quiet and no other customers. Food was good.

Its been a couple of years since I visited a Hardee’s. The chicken tenders were excellent then. Like everything else, they are nothing like they once were. It won’t happen again. 10 bucks for 3 chicken “things”, fries and a drink. What???!!!

My wife and I stopped in at this restaurant about 445 yesterday. Ordered the big cheeseburger and fries and a drink and ever since we ate there I have had massive amount of diarrhea, vomiting, stomach pains. This restaurant gave me food poisoning and my wife food poisoning. I will find a way to contact the owner. I had to miss a full day at work because of this also and I work for myself this restaurant needs to either be shut down or completely redone because the store in Franklin. I’ve ate there tons of times and never got food poisoning, but I will never eat this Hardee’s ever again
