Arrived at 12:30 on Saturday 2/28 to eat in dining room with my mother and husband. 5 people were working the drivethru. We understood it was lunch hour so we patiently waited a few minutes. Not one of the employees looked our way. It was as if we were not standing there. Finally we asked if we could place an order and one girl said “in a minute, we are backed up.” as she ran around. We waited a few more minutes. One male employee asked where the fried onion rings were and they didn’t seem to know either and someone said to call whom I assume to be a manager. I actually had to shout to the employees. “Is anyone going to take our order?” They still did not look towards us as we stood at the counter. By this time another customer had walked up. Finally, after realizing they only cared about the drivethru with it’s timed delivery response lit up on the wall above the drivethru window, we said we were going to leave if they didn’t care about serving customers in the dining room. Did they care? No. We walked out and there was only one car in the drivethru placing an order. One car. We were going to spend much more than the drivethru customers because we were going to place more orders to go. We went to Amalfi’s across the parking lot and had a sit down meal where they actually care about their customers. I rarely eat fast food but my mom wanted a “Hardee burger.” Sorry, Mom. If you want to eat inside, you are out of luck.

My family always stops here on our way to the beach. The quality and service are always top notch. The biscuits are delicious with a nice buttery bottom and the sausage gravy tastes great.

While I do enjoy eating a mushroom swiss burger from Hardee’s this is not the one. Don’t really know what was done to my burger but they shouldn’t have done it. This is not a one time deal this restaurant has gotten progressively worse over past couple years. If you’re passing through on 421 wait till you get to Boone if going North or Yadkinville if South. No guarantees on those but would be hard pressed to be as bad as Wilkesboro.

Your store should not partner with uber eats if you can’t read simple orders. Could not eat my meal due to your mistake after a 14 hour travel day. I don’t do tomatoes and ordered without tomatoes and ketchup and it is covered soggy in that mess.

I was asked to wait in drive through for more than 15 minutes to receive a simple chicken tender order. Normally Hardee’s is slow and incompetent but this place takes the cake. Not only is it impersonal to take an order with an AI, but the people never smile and never say thank you. Whoever owns this franchise doesn’t seem to care. The trainer is also at fault since they don’t know how to produce positive and productive workers. Such a shame to see Hardee’s fall so far. Used to be a great place to eat. This is why I prefer Burger King and Chick-fil-A over Hardee’s every time. I just wish there was one close by me so I could’ve bypassed this location.

I paid $59.40 for 5 meals waited almost 20 minutes just to pull off and open my food and it’s freezing cold. Horrible, horrible service. I paid for a fresco melt. The beef looks old and it’s cold.

Typical fast food experience. The place was clean and there were plenty of workers, so the food came out quick and hot. Everyone was friendly and polite. Thanks to everyone who served me today!
