Literally in disbelief, I waited for 20 minutes for a drive through order! That resulted in this! From the moment I ordered, it was “what do you want?” and absolutely no eye contact from the worker at the window or communication about why the wait is so long. But I get home and there’s not even a burgerpatty on my order and the the bacon isn’t even cooked through! I’m disgusted. It’s sad how customer service has changed but even worse have to pay for this crap.

This is the closest fast food place to our home and we are glad it’s as good as it is. The workers are always polite and helpful, the parking lot is clean, and the food is always fresh.
We usually just get breakfast (best breakfast biscuits around) but once in a while, we will get lunch. Their chicken tenders and burgers are great.
This Hardee’s is always busy, so take that into account when you read older reviews. We personally have never had a problem here.

Walked in at4:15pm. The young lady with insanely long & fake eyelashes told me they weren’t serving anyone else inside. So….we drove over to Broad Street Burgers and had an AMAZING meal. Just saying thanks to that worthless employee at Hardee’s.

This is the Hardee’s that we generally choose to go to in our area because the food normally is very good. As far as the service goes it always seems as if they absolutely do not want to take our order and it is a big inconvenience for them to take our order. Which actually is a positive because this limits the amount of times we go to Hardee’s we would go way more if we felt like we were welcomed and they wanted our business so we rarely go out to eat for breakfast which saves us lots of money.

Old lady in the front grumbling about working a Sunday! Setting orders down on counter not saying a word then mad people are picking up wrong orders! Someone took my order so they said i had to wait for 6 more orders to be made. Not one smile to be seen in that place! If you work the front you are the face of the store you set the theme on the whole place. This lady should be fired.

Ordered a breakfast platter and a sausage Frisco sandwich. Platter only had 6 hash browns and sandwich was missing eggs and a piece of sausage. Couldn’t believe it. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t even fix the issue. Not a good place to eat in my book.

I’ve never had a problem here before. I ordered the biscuit option with double bacon and egg and only got the standard bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I was already down the road by the time I realized it. Service was also long, not sure if they were short staffed.

Food is gross!! The hash browns was hard and tasted like oil that was in my hashbrown bowl! My daughter got a frisco sandwich and it was cold …she asked for a fresh one and was refused!
