I ordered a large fry and chili for my son to eat chili fries that he wanted, I received not enough fries in the large container to even amount to a small, and they were so hard my dog wouldn’t even eat them. It’s disgusting.

We came in last night and got the 2 chicken tender platters for $15. This is a great deal! We love that Hardee’s always has some sort of promotion going on. The tenders were amazing! The slaw was delicious and the toast was toasted perfect! The strawberry lemonade was to die for! Great job!

The staff here did a fantastic job! They made sure our food was hot and fresh for us, and they provided us with fresh hot coffee as well. The biscuits were perfect and the Frisco breakfast sandwich was toasted just right! We enjoy coming here to get our breakfast every morning! Thank you all!

Walked in to an almost completely empty building, except for 2 other customers. Not an employee or manager in sight and we stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes before literally speaking with strong emphasis for assistance.

I stopped here to grab a biscuit for the drive home. Which is a 2 hour drive and I went through the drive thru and it took almost 35 min. And had to pull up and wait for it to be brought out. 35 minutes for a steak and egg biscuit and a med mellow yellow is unacceptable. If I had not of paid I’d have drove off.

Ice storm here in NC and Virginia. Not one single car in line at Hardees. Order my maple Frisco burger meal and my husband’s big hot ham and cheese, thinking this is going to be a great meal, nice and hot!! Really sounded good since our electricity is out until who knows when. BUT NOOOO !!!! My burger has 2 little pieces of bacon and the dang thing is COLD not even warm to the touch!!!!!! the meal COST $23 BUCKS!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!! It’s sad no one takes pride in their jobs anymore and people don’t care if they sell you a cold burger.
