2 days in a row. Order smoked sausage egg and cheese. First day didn’t have cheese, the second day no egg and no cheese. This is unacceptable when your in a hurry to get to work.
I can’t make this crap up!!!
How can this place be so sorry every single time I order. I order a double Swiss for lunch. I have only 30 mins for lunch. I can’t go back. This is ridiculous!!!!!
I don’t think I’ll ever return to this forsaken place!

Ordered IN. Lady threw my bag on the counter. Didn’t bother to bring it to me, even though I was walking with a cane. Then I had to go and ask for a tray. Nearly $13 for my Mushroom Swiss Combo. Hardly one or two mushrooms. Burger was hard around the edges. Cold fries . Im so disappointed . I love this sandwich but this was just beyond good customer service. Ridiculous and sad….

4 tiny pieces of ham, 2 pieces of cheese, and a small egg. Had to wait 15 minutes after paying and still didn’t bring order out. Backed up to drive thru window to ask about order and they acted like they forgot and had to wait another 10 minutes for THIS. Then acted like them giving us a free gravy biscuit should make up for it? If we wanted that we would have ordered it to begin with. Wont be back.

Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes just to be told to pull up and they will bring it to me. 15 minutes after that still no food 7 cars went through without my food. I ordered a bacon platter btw. I went inside to get a refund and was greated by the most hateful “manager” ever Johnie. She was saying God is good maybe he is but her store isn’t! You won’t get your food but you will get a side of attitude! Stay away from this dump!!!!

It’s been years since I’ve been to this Hardee’s location due to the terrible service. My family decided to stop in today. It was wonderful. The manager was attentive as well as the other employees. I will definitely be stopping by more often now

Hi I’m a door dasher and every experience I have had with y’all is awfull Most of the people are outside or doing everything except taking care of customers. They are not anyone I would hire for any business I would have.its ridiculous. I would really evaluate my employees. The service sucks to charge the prices you charge.

I spent over 20$ on breakfast because I thought they had good breakfast but I was proven wrong! Every biscuit was so hard nobody could eat their breakfast! Even the baby couldn’t eat her biscuits and gravy because the biscuits was so had they just broke and crumbled into pieces when I tried to break it up ! I’m beyond disappointed and will never spend another dime at this place ! Now I have to go get breakfast all over again !

Ordered through door dash. Everything tasted great BUT I ordered a Frisco ham breakfast sandwich ‘NO AMERICAN CHEESE’ ‘EXTRA SWISS CHEESE’. I got NO cheese at all.

We truly enjoyed our meal there. And the one who took or order was so nice. She even brought our food out to use. And my hubby lost his billfold there. They kept it for him. He had to go take chemo but they still had it for him. Thank you so much. And what was taken from it we pray God dies what needs to be done with the person
