It’s a Fast food place so don’t get your hopes too high. You can au least take comfort in the fact that it’s clean, relatively quick and the food is pretty good. Especially if you like burgers or chicken tenders. The milkshakes are good also.

Fries were barely warm. The double cheeseburger was cooked ahead of time like it always is. Hard to get something fresh here.
BTW, I ate it in the parking lot so it’s not like it cooled off on the way home.
Basically, they serve you leftovers as far as the sandwiches go. If you ask for it fresh they will look at you and say ‘it all just ran through.’
I wonder if they would serve their own family this garbage?
Also, it’s been about a month and still waiting to hear back from customer service. What does that tell you?

Went thru the drive thru yesterday and got THE WORST chicken biscuit! I’ve seen chicken jerky dog treats not as dry as that thing. Hash browns were cold and hard, of course.. was barely edible and put half of it in the trash. Employees were rude. I knew I should have just gone to Speedway for tornados

We tried the chicken sandwich and the standard smaller burger with fries for each. We ordered, fixed our drinks and sat down. Service was very prompt. I don’t know the deal with Hardee’s but you would think that they could get two simple sandwich items right. Nope, not today.
The chicken taste was off, almost like a slight fish taste and way over cooked or had been sitting for a while. I assume the grease may need to be switched out. The mayo used on the sandwich was thicker than normal mayo and lacked the slight lemon tang associated with “real mayonnaise”. The pickles were there, for all the good it would do to improve what I was served.
The burger was just some haphazardly assembled abomination of a burger. If you compare the menu item board picture to what we received you would not have any idea where it came from. Don’t people realize that presentation is part of the experience? And please add the normal condiments requested, evenly across the sandwich so they blend.
Lastly, while the fries were indeed hot, they needed about 2 more minutes to achieve crispness. Hot, translucent, greasy fries. Must be a new menu item I missed.
While we were there a food delivery driver picked up an order to be delivered that had been sitting on the rack for a few minutes. By the time that order rides to it’s destination someones in for a treat.

I take it all back. They’ve fallen into old bad habits. Around 10:00 a.m. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit which looked good (always does) on the menu, but in reality it was anything but. Aesthetically, whatever egg they use in your advertising is not the same “egg” they give you.
But that’s not the real issue here. The real issue is no one can convince me that this biscuit they handed me was made less than 2+ hours ago. The egg was crunchy around where it was exposed to the air. The biscuit was stodgy. And make matters worse it was warm on the outside and cold on the inside. You have any idea how unappetizing that is…. While making a whole bunch of food and letting it sit can make for faster service, food quality drops dramatically. It’s going to be a while before I go back there again. At least my dogs will be happy.

So I stopped by here on my way home this morning and got the super bacon egg n cheese biscuit got home 5 minutes later tried to eat my biscuit and the egg was like plastic I called back to explain that I literally almost choked on this as soon as I was done they just hung up on me. No oh I’m so sorry nothing just hung up the phone which is sad bc I usually have a good experience here but I don’t think I’ll b going back.

Ok guys..so the last two times I have visited this location..well let’s just say..Hardees…you get it wrong more than you get it right..first off..I paid 7.98 for a tea and a biscuit…the tea was borderline sour..not even sweet..and let’s not talk about the biscuit..I waited patiently for 10 minutes in the drive thru and guess what..I had to go inside and get a REFUND for the biscuit..not even close to dark brown and smelled like it had rotten bacon on it..but heck..the bacon was so burnt..it was black..should have taken a picture of the biscuit…before I had to RETURN it..without even ONE word from the manager..NOTHING..Sorry but it will be a very LONG time before I return..twice and still couldn’t get anything worth eating..IM DONE..
