The only word that can describe the food that was served to me is revolting! I have not tried Hardee’s in a very long time and I will definitely not go back! The food was so greasy it was literally dripping from the wrapper. The buns were falling apart before I could even take a bite and the meat in the burger was questionable. It looked like the cook just threw it the bag. It’s not like they were even busy…I was the only car in the drive-thru….for obvious reasons. There was no pride taken whatsoever in this this food preparation. Never again!

Went in to order the new Grilled cheese sausage sandwich, got the combo.
The hash rounds were on point. The sandwich was a disappointment, the ingredients were good, the bread not so much, too big for the patty. The menu board was a lie, it showed the combo with orange juice but in letters so small I had all most go behind the counter to read them that OJ was an upsale.

There fair about how they treat the customer they have clean bathrooms and there hashbrowns are always delicious they don thave light colored diet drink but service is always fast food is great and restaurant is always clean

I was waiting for my ride to come pick me up, and AFTER BUYING FOOD I sat on the curb for a minute just to eat a little bit (didn’t wanna miss my ride) and the manager came outside and told me “I know you are a paying customer but you have to leave”. Then as soon as my ride got there, I had JUST got in the car and the manager once again, pulls up beside my ride blowing the horn and said we couldn’t be parked there once they closed which is 100% understandable. My issue is, this woman made it a point to acknowledge that I was a paying customer and still proceeded to make me leave. First and LAST time spending money at this establishment. Being shooed away like a stray animal after spending money here is absolutely ridiculous. 0 out of 10 would not recommend!!

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and asked for the bread to be like a Frisco burger. 75cent extra for sourdough. Fine. But you give me untoasted, stale, cold, sourdough bread. That is not how Frisco burger is done. It’s toasted with butter like something. And this is the most pitiful excuse of a slice of tomato and onion ever. Just enough to be able to say it came with. Took the half a piece of wilted translucent lettuce off. Inedible. Wasted $7.85

Service was prompt and friendly but the food was not good. The photo is the hand breaded chicken biscuit. No chicken… just a couple lumps of breading and a bit of what might be some meat but not recognizable. The sausage and egg biscuits were dry yet super greasy. I’ve always loved Hardee’s biscuits, but I think our whole family agreed. We won’t be back after this experience.

Ordered a burger no tomato. Received a tomato that was not eatable. That’s why I don’t order tomato. Ordered a chilli dog. Didn’t receive, and didn’t notice till I got home. Ordered a milkshake received it liquified. Spoke to the employee about the milkshake, she said there was nothing she could do about it. This was in the evening. No one in the dining room and no one in the drive through. First and last time I visited this place.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Food was at least hot, that’s the best I can say. The attitude that came along with the food is the reason for 1 star with this bad review. We waited 5 minutes before someone came to the speaker. We was asked to pull forward after we paid for an our meal, sure no problem we reply the. We wait over 10 minutes for our meal also no problem, when it’s served with a terrible attitude is when it’s a problem. No apology no nothing just handed us our food with an eye roll. People get it together if you don’t like your job find another one let someone else do it who wants to work and appreciates the job. Hatdees in Wallace you’re failing.

Food was ok in quality. Workers are distracted and messed up my order due to random conversations. No condiments and I had to remind them I needed a drink. They showed NO work ethic in lunch rush. Customer service starts with the counter. Put customers first and personal conversations second.

Just had THE best burger from here I’ve had from any fast food place in maybe forever. This son of a gun was beautiful and delicious. It looked like the one on the posters on the windows when you drive up. Keep in mind, I went through the drive thru and parked and went inside just to tell Pam(she made the sandwich) how good it was. She needs to be teaching people how to make burgers. Fire.
