This place is a nightmare. STAY AWAY. I went back after we got an order through drive thru so as to give them a chance to fix an issue.
1st issue both Frisco burgers we ordered were not grilled and I added lettuce to mine 70 cents extra for a sliver of lettuce that was so small it blended with the cheese. We were given an excuse that the grill was messed up and only grilled one side of the bun. When neither of our Burgers were toasted/grilled at all. Also ordered a medium lemonade not expecting it to come in a small clear container so I had to pay 20 cents more to get less drink than I would have for a normal one
Next we took the burgers back for them to make a new one and guess what it was grilled/toasted just as it should have been. But now I wish I would have taken the refund as my burger was raw and dripped bloody juice all over and soaked the bread with in two bites. Couldnt even finish the burger as two bites in my stomach got upset and the raw bloody burger. Based on the reviews here this place needs to be shut down or better management and workers who actually care to give you proper food. On a side note. The ladies were pretty decent to talk to and Sara was nice. Just wish could have had good food or I would have went to McDonald’s. Day after chemo not feeling good and had to deal with this for dinner..yall go somewhere else

Literally got my whole order wrong, kids meal cheese burger….. had no cheese, my meal… hold the tomatoes, I think they put extra on, my wife’s meal hold the onions…. guess what they put on. The only thing I’ve ever got from here that was correct was the jumbo hotdog combo.

Nov 1st: again, the country ham and egg biscuit was good. However, the cinnamon biscuit awful. Burned and upside down . Really need retraining as to not give bad food and how to serve it. Wasted money.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo with no lettuce on the burger in the drive through. I checked bag before I left to make sure burger and fries were both there. When I got home I saw the burger had a sticker saying bacon cheeseburger/no lettuce. Exactly as ordered. There was in fact no lettuce, but also no burger patty. I repeat… NO BURGER PATTY on my bacon cheeseburger!!!

Im sure it’s not the workers fault but my burger was not good and the fries were old. Mind you, random Hardee’s on the side of the highway but c’mon. I felt like I was served food thay had sat there ALL day
