The cashier was nice that’s why the 3 star service. However she didn’t know much about what was going on because she just got there 30 mins ago. Between her and the cook the food sucked. Cold hard fries and they were not busy. The sandwiches were not any better. My chicken wrap consisted of a glob of mayo maybe 5 or 6 strings of lettuce and a microwaved chicken strip no bigger than my thumb. The ham and cheese was also microwaved from the storage rack. Again they were NOT busy. We went through drive through and went in. Both were not busy. Make a fresh sandwich. When I called to talk to someone I got put on hold them hung up on. I do not recommend this Hardee’s at all. I haven’t been for breakfast in a long time but I don’t remember much about it so I don’t know.

The staff in the mornings here are always super friendly, fast and reliable. I wish the food was as good as the people working here. Their on going special of $5 for two sausage and egg biscuits is a great deal. Only problem is the biscuits are so hit or miss. Somedays, they are over the top
Good, soft and delicious. Unlike today, hard, over cooked and uneven. I guess it’s hard to slice and biscuit these days. Top was thick, just a sliver of bread for the bottom.

I don’t know why I continue to stop at this location. Service is always sub-par and the food is just editable enough to be considered fit for humans. Tonight was the last straw though. After ordering a chicken sandwich combo and hearing the drive thru lady adorably sign then tell me “I’m gonna warn you he may not have any cooked and you’re just gonna have to wait like 4 minutes if thats really what you want.” After telling her yes, I’ll wait because I would like a fresh sandwich, she siged again and told me to “pull on up then.” After having to pull forward to not block their window in case another customer pulled up (its 830pm on Valentines night, I’m only here because I have to work, no one else is coming here) she walks right out with my food. I should have taken that as a clue that my sandwich wasn’t fresh. I open and look and is seems okay, thats what I’ve come to expect from this location, so I drive off. Its not until I get about 5 mins down the road that I realize they gave me eight, Yes EIGHT french fries. Imagine how many fries a hungry 1 year old could grab with one hand, that would be more than what I got. Unacceptable, even for this location. I plan on making sure everyone far and wide see this review and the pictures I took.

The food was absolutely phenomenal, it was all hot and fresh. That is not why I’m leaving this review though… the lady you have working at the window (my ticket said her name was Karen) had me absolutely cracking up the whole way through the drive through. She reminded me a lot of my late grandma. Keep her. Give her a raise, and a day off. She’s precious.

They really need to change their drive thru menu to reflect the increased prices for combos. The last 3 times I went here and placed an order I ended up driving off when my total was higher than what the menu said the price was. And I will do that every time on principal.

Unbelievably slow service. Counter person helping us was doing both inside orders and drive through orders. Manager with clipboard who was walking around offered to help us but then disappeared. Other people behind us in line walked out.

Absolute dumpster fire. With only 1 car in front of us, it still took 10 minutes to get our cold, incorrect order. Missing 1/3 burgers and 1/2 fries. During the 10 minutes waiting on refund, there was no apology offered. Word to the wise: Chick-fil-A is 8 minutes away.

Had a cold fast food experience overall! I will not return here ever. Hopefully next time someone gets my food warm and the management improves the times waiting at the drive through.

Stopped here for breakfast. Walked in and the employee just looked at us with no acknowledgement. She then turned around and said “what do you want”? I said actually nothing here. I would recommend a little bit of customer service training if you want people to eat here.

Yes. Its another Hardee’s. Same menu as everywhere. This store was clean, employees were efficient and professional.
If you want a delicious heart attack, try the Frisco burger…quarter pound patty (or 1/3lb. Its alot), bacon, cheese on Texas toast. If you dont like buttered toast tell them. The bacon cheese fries are great, and also the onion rings.
