Have made a number of trips to this location and have had some very disappointing experience. My most recent experience was with the BLT Frisco Angus Burger, which was only toasted on one side. I’ve also had old dry chicken tenders, and tried the fried chicken, which was good one day, and inedible the next time I had it. Hardee’s is definitely a place I won’t recommend and I hope someone takes a closer look at what’s going on here.

I went by this Hardees at 9:00 AM today, Thursday and received a ‘Super Bacon’ heart shaped biscuit. The quality was unacceptable: the biscuit was thin/stale, the egg was crunchy/overcooked, and the bacon was completely dried out to the point it crumbled in my lap. This felt like old product served rather than fresh made food. Management, come retrain your team and teach them how to show pride in their work. Disgusting and disappointing.

Hey its Hardee’s. Manage your expectations accordingly. Don’t show up here looking for Michelin star treatment at a fast food burger joint. Typically have been popping in for breakfast. Grab and biscuit and gravy or egg and cheese. Super quick, easy in and out deal. Will keep coming back.

How do you go to a fast food restaurant at 4:02 in the afternoon and they tell you to drive around to the door on the other side of the restaurant you’re fries are cooking I’ll bring them to you. Waited 5 minutes and pulled back to the drive through. We burnt your fries we made you more. How about when I got them they were warm with crispy burnt fries they looked like they were redropped to put heat on them. So disappointed!! It’s not like they were busy.
