(Updated review) Got their 2 Double cheeseburger special. Everything was cold. Only single cheeseburgers instead of doubles. Terrible.

Ordered myself 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits on the mobile app (2 for 5 great deal!) I arrived at the restaurant around 750am the young girl working drive thru (black hair black shirt) looked and me and said “Hold on” first thing not good morning not hello. Then turned around and began gossiping loudly so the whole dining room could hear about one of her co workers then she logged into her register and looked and me and said “what? What do you want?’ I used to work for Hardee’s I know you guys have a customer service policy and that isn’t it that young lady should not be interacting with your customers. The girl on the kitchen was also gossiping loudly about Thier co worker. I only leave reviews like this if I feel ots that bad and this is. If you don’t like your job fond another job dont take it out on the people that come on to order food. It’s highly unprofessional. The biscuits were fantastic by the way whoever bakes those should definitely be commended

This is Hardee’s. To say the food, service, or immediate environment was anything less than what is to be expected from such a prolific fast-food establishment would be a failure. The food is good, the service is good, and the good ol’s were present and accounted for. My BFC literally had no cheese inside it. Somehow, the entire shell was intact and after finally getting it and getting home, there was nothing there. Took 15 minutes on the phone with the Customer Service line to actually reach someone. The only reason it’s not one star is that the other sandwiches and fires were good.

I’ve been to many Hardee’s locations through the years. This one is my favorite. The dining room had always been clean. The staff has always been excellent and the food is always on point.
Consistency is important in any industry, but particularly in the restaurant industry. Because this Hardee’s had nailed this, I go 4 out of 5 days during the week. I appreciate what they do here that much!

The staff has changed. It’s ok but no where near as good as when Jonathan worked here. They want to charge extra for EVERYTHING! But if I tell them no onions, or lettuce or whatever they don’t take any amount off the bill. It’s not just here, it’s everywhere. The mushroom sits burger hastily has anything on it. Since they want to be stingy with it….. that’s fine… that’s their prerogative. I’ll start making my own mushroom series at home. Not only will it cost less but it will taste better. I’ve quit eating out for the most part because of these reasons. I just really wanted a mushroom Swiss burger. I was not aware they stopped putting the amount on that they used to. See ya, wouldn’t wanna be us. Peace out Hardee’s.

Customer service even worse. I’d give -10 stars if I could. Terrell was the manager on duty. I showed him the issue I was having with the app seeing if he could help me or get me a customer service phone number and he did not offer anything. He basically just turned around and kept making orders for the dirve through when there was already somebody working the drive-through.
Hardee’s on 17th street is way better! The manager at 17th street handled my issue and the customer service was phenominal!I give them+10 stars
I’ve been to this hardee’s a few times. Customer service is ok but not an outstanding experience. I’ve had outstanding customer service from other fast food places.
I decided to go to this hardee’s today and tried to call to offer my food as I only get 30 minutes for lunch….. No answer. I get here and go inside and a guy in front of me had a large prefer. I wait because somehow the mischarged him. Send like they could’ve opened another register. Since they did not open another register I ended up being behind the sky and when I got to the counter the manager walked away and gave it over to somebody else and I asked if I was going to have to wait behind the 12 burgers that they had to make for that guy. I was told yes. My frustration is….not only did they not open another register but then the manager did not even acknowledge any of us in line while she was fixing this other customers order or tell somebody to get on another register and take our orders. So I only get 30 minutes on my break I spent about 15 minutes in there waiting and only to be told that I was going to have to wait behind the other guy.. I left and went to kfc.

The sign says skip the line and order on the app. What am I skipping line for when I come here and I have to wait five minutes for my order? There wasn’t a single other customer in the entire place.
