When I walked in the cashier was in conversation with a customer in front of the counter. The conversation was friendly so I know these two knew each other.
Cashier then gave the customer a free drink and fries while they were still talking all while manager was standing there.
I started to leave and then they finally realized I was there and wanted to take my order.
I told them they’re taking too long and I can see they’re obviously busy.
Cookout was delicious on the other hand.

Honestly, thanks for not allowing me to sit, wondering, why I was getting no response when I misunderstood your opening time. And thanks for being so polite when you greeted me. For sure I now definitely know why I prefer Hardee’s over McDonald’s. The food was no question. Now, it’s plain, basic customer service. BTW, change your opening time on your website to 6am instead of 5am.
