Tired of turkey n pork n wanted a burger, but too tired to get out of the car to my “go to” place…bought the “cheaper” deal…got home n this was the burger….BURNT n dry and obviously should not have been served to anyone.

2 workers outside smoking and left 1 worker inside working cooking, drive thru and taking orders inside. Line around building for Drive-Thru and inside line was to door people were leaving. Luckily we got there before this all happened but felt bad for all other customers We were passing thru and had to come back this way was going to stop again but after poor service decided not to. Most horrible experience in any fast food establishment thus far in my life. Staff was so slow and had no sense of urgency while the dining area filled with customers waiting to order and waiting for food. I literally watched them make one of my sandwiches 5 times then the employee working the front would go get fries or something and the drive thru employee would come take it. I waited nearly 45 minutes for 3 combo meals. Never stopping at this location again and I hear at least 4 other customers say the same.

Every morning I order the same meal and go through Drive Thru to get it. AMBER is the absolute BEST! I believe she deserves this store over the current manager. The current manager always seems to have an attitude. Amber NEVER looks like she’s mad or stressed. She always makes sure my food is ready and fresh! She makes small talk enough without getting behind and without people having to wait! All I have to do is say my name or she sees my car and she’s got me all set! She is a very dedicated and hard worker! She really deserves a promotion and to become the store manager of this store! I do believe if she wasn’t here that the store would fall apart!

Amber is the best employee at this location. She friendly and accommodating to any needs. She is a great asset to the company and needs to be noticed for a promotion. The other team members seem to always have an attitude and are never friendly. Half the time they dont even acknowledge you when you are at the window and without speaking just toss a bag of food out to you. With Amber its always a great experience.
