Good and courteous service.
Clean restaurant with many tables available for patrons that eat onsite.
Greasy food. The taste of the burgers did not convey freshness.
The french fries were crispy an good.
The taste of soft drinks is not per standard for fast food joints.
Parking available on a private lot surrounding the restaurant.
Restaurant located on ground floor easily accessible for patrons with reduced mobility.

Pulled up and ordered, saw ine employee only working. He was taking orders, getting the food, working the front counter, working the drive through. Looks like he was working all alone and he came out to apologize that our food took 4 minutes to be ready. Howard was the best! He worked hard, did it with a smile, even made us laugh! Howard is great. They need to make him manager! Undercover boss needs to come out and give this man his own Hardee’s! Food was good. Area isnt great, alot of homeless walking around d the area.

The new general manager of this store really has changed the atmosphere for the better. The staff are super friendly and the store is extremely clean. My food was also really fresh.

There were two heavy set ladies at the front counter. The black lady (no name tag) was very friendly and welcoming, and the white lady with a blue ponytail (name badge flipped) was unhappy, ignored me, and was critical of a new kitchen employee, talking about him, while I was standing there. He had apparently just started last Tuesday. The glass doors and windows were full of smudges. The bathroom (with a sign to ask for a key) was not dirty. There were no clean tables, all tables were empty except one family at a four top. They picked the least dirty table in the dining room. Floors were in need of both sweeping and mopping. Cleanliness was really lacking.

Soda machines broken. Only offer tea or lemonade. Wanted to upcharge for lemonade even though it was their fault drinks were working. At least the handle to front counter but too much gossiping that customers don’t want to hear.

They were not busy yet still took about 30 minutes to get one single chicken sandwich. Thought this was fast food. End up getting the chicken sandwich with just mediocre so I feel like the only thing I’m really receiving is agitation and a loose stool. Apparently the wait time is the norm because the cashier only asks for my money and didn’t apologize. I don’t know maybe they were short-staffed as I heard the manager throw put up her hands and ask another employee “where did she go?”

I ordered the sausage biscuit. I didn’t wait but 90 seconds. The biscuit was hard. The sausage was cold. Im glad I dont live out here, I will never stop here again. The cashier was nice though.

It always takes the ladies 3-5 minutes before they are able to get my order. They must be short-staffed or don’t prioritize customers. I have worked fast food before and we were always taught to tend to the customers before anything else.
Anyway, I ordered the Frisco burger meal and an apple pie. It was so good, not going to lie. Food was warm and nicely portioned. I recommend this meal if you want something filling that is not messy. Honey mustard is free, and tastes good on everything.

I got the breakfast sandwich it was almost burnt. The biscuits were smaller than they used to be.
