Staff is very good, however everytime I’ve visited, a regional manager is in there sticking his unloved hands and face in all the foods being prepared after he shoved his grubby mits into the cash drawer counting bills, as he micromanage the employees who were exceptionally excellent prior to his arrival. After witnessing the regional manager handle money, not wash his hands, then touch customer food all while belittling and micromanaging the staff, I do believe I will not visit this location again. GET RID OF THE REGIONAL MANAGER! HE IS RUDE, MEAN TO STAFF IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS AND A VIOLATATOR OF MULTIPLE HEALTH CODES!!!

Ordered through the drive through, chicken sandwich with no Mayo. Received with mayo. Carried inside to request sandwich with no mayo. Watched staff wipe off mayo and flip chicken upside down and place back on sandwich. Then rewrapped , smashed flat and handed back.
Also noted staff take trash to outside bin and come directly back to serving without washing their hands.
Will not eat here again.

Every time I order a wrap here, it seems like they just don’t know how to get it right. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese wrap and I added bacon, which was an additional charge, and I also added gravy which is also an extra charge. The first time, two days ago, I got no bacon and no sausage. Just a wrap with egg and gravy. Today I ordered the same thing, I got bacon egg and gravy but not the sausage that originally came on it. I just don’t understand why someone can’t make a simple wrap. I ain’t even mad. I’m just disappointed (in the best mama voice I’ve got). Smfh

My Frisco burger was good. But my fries were horrible. They were dead, then refried. Very upsetting

This was by far one of the worst Hardee’s I have ever been too. I ordered a frisco BLT large meal and a ranch chicken wrap. I got a regular frisco with a chicken wrap with no ranch or lettuce in it at all. Also would like to add that we waited 20 mins for our messed up food. I will never be back. Find some better help!

The burger was good but, as with everything else, inflation got the best of it. The burger is smaller but the price is larger. The fries were thinner than a number 2 pencil. And the portion was mediocre at best. Next time, I’ll skip the fries.

My husband and I visited this Hardee’s for dinner. The food was fresh and hot. The service was very friendly and fast. We both said how good the food tasted. Usually Hardee’s is a hit or miss with the food. Everything was satisfying with this order.
