My wife ordered me a double cheeseburger and small fries. The cheeseburger was Luke warm and was terrible as was the fries. I took it back in order for them to redeem themselves with a better burger and I got the same miserable burger. Both burgers I through in the trash and mentioned to the staff that the food was terrible. I do not recommend this venue as the food was atrocious.

Waiting behind one customer being served then cashier walked away so I had a little wait before being acknowledged. Perhaps I caught them at shift change? Cashier who took my order was pleasant and the food was fresh. Actually had to buy a second hotdogs for the little one with me. Cleaning table I was told to leave it and they would take care of it since I had a toddler to manage. Yes I recommend and will revisit.

I had very pleasant experiences here several months ago and that has changed. I’m not sure if it’s management, or what the issue or excuse is but the last several times I have been the food is either cold, hard, undercooked, or we have an extended wait such as (15+) minutes for a biscuit combo? I really wish this place would return to the expectations that it once set. For now, I will avoid this establishment until I hear different as 3 strikes was gracious enough and there have been many more problems since. SMH…

Poor experience. They put the correct receipt in our bag but gave us someone else’s order entirely. We were the only customers who came inside while the other orders were all drive-thru so it is much harder to mess something up like that. Too many biscuits, wrong types, not enough hash browns…
