My husband ordered the identical order he and our son always get; 2 PLAIN cheeseburgers, usually no bun bc he won’t eat or and that’s wasteful,2 hamburgers PLAIN, 2 small fries, a small sweet tea and a large Coke. Every. Single. Time.
Because it’s a special order (my boys are very particular in just how they want their food) the lady asked if the plain burgers should have a bun. The answer is ALWAYS YES. My husband does eat the bun so that’s what he orders. ALWAYS. Our lady answers “ok” and the rest of the order continues.
Get out food and stop to eat. No bun on the hamburgers. So, in I go. Explain the situation to the lady that took our order and the line cook starts running her mouth loudly enough for me to hear over the machinery. She’s done this once before and I was not in the mood today to ignore her. But she kept on and on. Refused to give me her name but SURPRISE, it’s on the receipt. Situation w the burgers was resolved but her nasty mouth kept going.
Called the number on the receipt and asked for the manager. She claimed she was and I asked her name bc I like to know who I’m talking to. She refused but I already recognized it was the same young woman who was on the line. She kept her nasty attitude and basically called me a liar and a racist.
To be clear, I’ve never had any issues from anyone else from here and the food has always been good. I just feel like people should know if they feel like being verbally abused and called racist by someone who’s clearly got issues that she can’t be professional, especially if she’s the manager, then come on down to Hardee’s in Clinton on Sunset Ave. , usually in the evening, and be audacious enough to complain about your order being wrong. This young lady can’t seem to accept that she maybe, possibly got something wrong and will definitely let you hear hear opinion in the most unprofessional, obnoxious way she knows how…

Another great experience at Hardee’s. I had the best breakfast burrito I have ever had this morning. It was the loaded omelet one. I normally go there every Sunday morning for breakfast. The lady that works the drive-thru is always so nice and friendly. The food is always hot and fresh. Stop by and try them out tge next time you are near there.

Usually I enjoy Hardee’s and have always thought the biscuits were some of the best fast food biscuits you can get but this morning I was extremely disappointed with my experience. It started when I pulled up to order and the person taking orders forgot to turn their mic off. I had to sit several minutes listening to them talking to their coworkers before they acknowledged me. Then I had to repeat my order 4 times! This was because every time they asked me to repeat it they would talk to someone else and not hear me. After the order was placed (finally) I had to wait in line for around 15-20 minutes only to be given the worst food imaginable. The hash browns were room temperature and my biscuit tasted like it was from yesterday morning but warmed in the microwave. The biscuit itself was hard and greasy. The cheese on it was hard and I ended up peeling it off because it was too hard and chewy to eat. This was a disgusting breakfast. The only redeeming factors were the polite guy at the window who gave me my food and the tea was at least sweet and good. After that wait I at least thought my food should have been hot and fresh. I don’t think I will be returning to this Hardee’s again in the future.

Went for breakfast today at 9:33 am. Ordered 2 pork chop biscuits and at 10:04 we finally asked for a refund because the last sandwich had still not been made. The assistant manager came up and did the refund but just dismissed us with a wave of the hand and “it went through” while walking off back to the rear of the store. No sorry, no attempt to explain. Sheesh.

Great burgers, one of best chains of burgers in USA if not the number one of the best commercial chain burger places. Takes tiny bit more time but always worth of waiting. This place has drive through service as well. Disabled people friendly, too. If you are for a bite in Clinton and want burger, this is a place to go.

Ordered a double Frisco burger with no mayo and no tomatoes. Paid for it, receipt shows what I ordered. When I got home it was a single Frisco burger with mayo and tomatoes. Obviously they can’t read and have no problems ripping people off.
