They didnt have alot of items on the menu .but instead of leading with that they let me try to order just to keep telling me they cant do it . Then when I did get my food my fries were cold and hard as of they been sitting since lunch and I ordered at 8 pm. Manager was rude . Amd my chicken tenders were so small and cold like they didnt cook them through.. horrible place to eat .do not take your children here

So, I started with no fountain drinks available. That was awesome, but sometimes this happens. Every now and then, you get the restaurant on a bad day. So fine, I asked for a large vanilla shake, no whip cream. Now, it’s been a while since I’ve come to Hardee’s since I’ve been to FT Hood for the last 6 years, but when did large mean small and not even filled all the way. They’ll say that the rest is to fill up on whip cream, but even then, that’s a heck of a lot of space for whip cream!! BTW: The shake had a slight tilt towards the camera, so even then, it looked low on shake.
Burger did not come out like the picture, but that’s expected. Burgers haven’t come out like the picture since the 80s, maybe the early 90s. Overall, it was a little higher than a mediocre experience for a meal that came out to $17.25. (One meal for one person)
Fries were pretty good. It’s been a while since I’ve had the little wavy fries. Again, I ordered large, but it looks like McDonald’s small size.
I’m sorry, but since I last came to Fayetteville, the Hardee’s gave out much better quality meals. I understand the prices since we’re going through the whole inflation issue, but the quality should not have faltered. I’ll give it a few years to see if this particular Hardee’s can get their act together.
Sorry Hardee’s, but I’m just gonna give you two stars.

My roommate stop at Hardee’s because I love the chicken here place the order through drive through ask for 2 piece breast & leg paid almost $20 which I would not mine but once got both meals was wrong instead of breast they gave us thighs instead of breast…plus the biscuits were hard he eat his order but I throw mines away can’t stand thighs or legs can’t believe this Hardee’s messed the orders up like this I’ve only had one other problem here before I think it’s better to go during the day than at night day shift always gets my order right…please do better night shift (order was after 8 pm 8/9/25)

I wanted a hotdog, and I like their chili. The fries were bad, but I don’t know if it was because I stopped at 4pm or if the fries are always like these. The drive-through was slow, but the sweet tea was good. Solid four ⭐️ ⭐️ !

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Hardee’s. The restaurant was filthy — the floors and tables were nasty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. My order was wrong, and even after notifying staff, I waited over 30 minutes for it to be corrected. The service was slow and unfriendly the entire time. This location clearly needs better management and oversight — the owner should really take a look at what’s happening here. Will be notifying corporate also to make something shake in this so called establishment because the management did not show the least bit of concern for my issue. Tragic

Had a pick up order for uber eats , specifically said no mayo, guess what mayo is put on it . Then uber does not want to refund . Un believable I was at work , already spent money just to receive something I can’t eat!!

Do not eat here at all. Went to get a number 1 and soon receiving it the burger was cold and looked not done. Brought it back with the receipt asked for a fresh all the way cooked one. They took the burger and literally just reheated it to the point where all the veggies was soggy and cooked. I went back for a refund. Will not be returning.

I was super nervous about coming to this location because I count a lot on reviews when determining where I’m going to eat. This place was friendly, fast and didn’t screw up our order. We ordered 4 hot honey biscuits, biscuits and gravy , fresco sandwich and porkchop and gravy sandwich.
Everything was hot and fresh. My only complaint is that there isn’t enough hot honey on my sandwich. Other than that, great experience.

Floors are nasty and the managers clearly don’t understand how to help out other employees..Just because your a manager doesn’t mean you get to do nothing and be on the phone the entire time your have a lobby waiting for food
