walked in at 1:00 you would think they would still be in lunch rush… no, there were 3 or 4 customers sitting in the dinning room. I walked up to place my order and noticed only one employee in the place… she was proped up again the fry counter playing on her phone….. I stood there at least I min and she never looked up from her phone…. I walked out and went to McDonald’s across the intersection….. and this is not my first bad experience there… about a month ago I was there for breakfast… they at least took my order that day but food and service sucked.. I won’t be back

I HATE giving bad reviews……. but……. Went today & took my client to pick up dinner & needless to say, he regretted it. Food was horrible. Slapped together basically. Paid extra for cheese on TWO chicken sandwiches, didn’t get it on either. Chicken was hard & crusty. The burger wasn’t any better. Noone was there when we walked in. Dining room was nasty. Behind counter was nasty. Employees looked raggedy really. Seemed like the whole restaurant just was in disarray. I decided not to buy food when it took him in. They had no blueberry pies & when we ordered them & she just said ” we don’t have any “…. Really snippy like. ….. I waited & thought for sure she’d say they’d have some in x amount of minutes but she just walked off. I will post pictures from today as well. Zero ☆s for today’s visit.

My previous review from 9 months ago is basically ” night & day ” compared to today’s. Not sure what their issue is but hopefully they get it resolved.

Drive through breakfast.. chicken biscuits were very good and appear to feature “actual slices of chicken breast”.. I had the Bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal, which was good, and included “porperly cooked” hash browns.

Hardee’s has become a joke. We have been hearing bad things for awhile, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. BIG MISTAKE! Ordered 2 chili dogs and received 2 dogs, no chili. Both hot dogs were made incorrectly also. Reached out online and received a reply from Amy, the Guest Relations Specialist, saying it was a DoorDash problem! I asked how that’s so being it’s Hardee’s who made them and advertised them as CHILI dogs! Nothing so I Reached out again, this time threatening to post online, and received a reply. Said I would be contacted by my local Hardee’s. That was over month ago! Save your money and don’t order from them!

Biscuits were dried out almost like a cracker. The sausage, once we found it, was very small, thin and burnt.
I used to love Hardee’s Sausage Biscuits but if I do try again I will look at it before I leave the window.
Also the prices have really risen and food less. Where did 1/4 pound hamburgers go, and the 1/3 lb
Before 2020 it was great…what happened. If I am going to pay more then my food better be excellent.

Stood in the Lobby for 10 min and no acknowledgement, no please hold on, we’ll be right with you.. Finally just left.

Saw the guy in grill tossing plenty of sandwiches up for the drive-thru, a sandwich came unwrapped and tenders fell out of a box when he was tossing food up, the girl just rewrapped the sandwich and threw the tenders back in the box, handed it out the window. That’s when I decided it was time to walk out..

so I was driving through the parking lot and there was a puddle. turns out that puddle was a MASSIVE POT HOLE. that shit ripped the splash guard off my beloved 2005 honda pilot. DO NOT GO HERE

I placed an on-line order from Hardee’s app. It accepted the order and took my payment. However, when I got to the restaurant to pick up my order(at 7:30 on a Tuesday), the doors were locked and the drive-thru was closed. There was a sign on the door stating that they were closing at 12:00 p.m. for maintenance. I might rate them higher if they: a)had not taken my money and given no food. b)They had not caused me to waste 30 minutes of my time for no food. Very poor managment!
