Great experience. Had trouble ordering on the app. Usually in situations like this staff at any place will turn you away. That was not the case for this location. The employees try their best to understand your issues and communicate well with their colleagues to find a solution. Really great service. Also the restaurant is clean and the food is always hot and delicious. Carl’s Jr. for the win once again. The employees are also very humorous people and make the experience worth the trip.

We use to go there every Sunday but it should not take 30 minutes to get a cheeseburger. I know it is not easy to get good help and even the employees that have been there a while just can’t seem to get it all together. We would get there around 11:30 and they might have biscuits and they may be out. Just no excuse for these issues.

Employees are rude to Door Dashers. Recently one morning before 9 am, I waited for 11 minutes for my customers order and when I asked if there was a problem I was told “no we just take care of everyone in the lobby first” The lobby had 15 to 20 people. Of course my customer gave me a low rating because it took so long to get her order.
We are all just trying to earn a living. The job’s hard enough without having to deal with poor customer service from restaurants and stores.

I called to give an opportunity to make this right but got no response after leaving a message. We got an email offer BOGO SUPER Biscuits. I ordered 2 Super Bacon biscuits thru the app. We go thru the drive thru because we are in a hurry. I had a few minutes before my appointment to eat. These were the WORST biscuits! The email shows fluffy folded scrambled egg. I got nasty plastic supposed egg. A very SMALL amount of bacon and cheese smeared all over the paper. Worst EVER!

This is apparently a 9$ meal. This wet bread, fake eggs, and 3 limp pieces of bacon cost 9$. Thats more than a personal pizza at papa Johns. It’s disturbing. Absolute hogwash.

So I just got a sausage and egg combo my sprite tasted was terrible tasting but I understand sometimes the syrup is lowand that happens. I used to work here and I made minimum wage but I took pride in whatever I done. So this is about my food more than the drink and here goes; my hash round were hard as a rock and my egg was so old it smelled rotten. This makes my last 4 visits here bad experiences and I am never coming back! teach your workers to take pride in what they serve or fire them!

It’s been a while since I ate lunch at Hardee’s but I did this one here in Lincolnton, I had their double cheese California Burger, what was their play on of Big Mac which I found to be pretty good, I decided to try their onion rings, I should have stuck with the fries nonetheless I was impressed with the burger!! I’m used to hitting Hardee’s up for breakfast, the dining room was really nice neat and clean really good service

They have the perfect quiet and peaceful atmosphere!!!! The employees are awesome!!!!! It is so clean even the bathrooms are clean. The food was great!!!! The prices are reasonable and everything was a great experience!!! There are repeat loyal customers that are just as friendly and welcoming! Wonderful and best place I have eat in a while.
