Poor customer service. If you don’t like your job, maybe choose a different route? Definitely does not follow instructions on orders. Having you pay for extras that are not given. Food and drinks were made terribly along with being completely incorrect or missing. Consider a different store location before you choose this one.

I asked for a candied bacon hand breaded chicken Frisco. But received the beef. No wonder the coupon wasn’t working. I was rung up for the wrong thing.

I had my mouth watering for the chicken. Thank you to the supervisor on duty for honoring the coupon even though it was rung up wrong.

I usually get a consistent meal @ Hardee’s; however, this is the first time I received a true restaurant experience. From the second I opened the door, I saw & smelled “clean”. The restroom was very welll kept (for me, a clear indicator) of what to expect every where else. I was right ✅️ as the dining area and kitchen were simply perfect.

Special shout out to Bre – Customer Advisor, and Jameya – Cook, for delivering an experience.

We stopped by to get breakfast. My husband got home and gave our daughter her biscuit. She opened it up to add mustard and there was a bite missing from her sausage patty. I immediately contacted them and the manager acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I contacted the complaint line and received a response saying they could assure me that nobody took a bite. And they would refund my money which is cool but the experience has left a negative impact on our desire to order from there again.
