I’ve stopped by this Hardee’s three times over the past few days, and unfortunately each visit has been disappointing.
On my first visit, I was served a completely flat Coke. I didn’t make a big deal about it — I figured maybe the machine just needed maintenance. But when I returned the next evening, things were still off. Only a couple of employees seemed to be working, they were far behind, and I could clearly hear their personal conversations from the counter. It made the whole situation awkward, and the service took a long time.
I tried again this morning, hoping for a better experience, but the dining room was completely closed with no explanation. I assume they were short-staffed, but after three visits in a row, I would’ve expected at least one positive experience.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but consistency is important, and right now this location seems really disorganized and understaffed.

This would be 5 stars if my order was right. I ordered 2 maple bacon biscuits, and got one maple bacon and one steak biscuit. Sucks when you think you’re about to bite into that delicious maple bacon and soft biscuit and end up with a bite of a steak biscuit. The staff was very nice, just didn’t get my fave biscuit.

Please do better the food is always lukewarm or hard ..and always have ab excuse for it! It’s wild how people make excuses and constantly give you mid food! I’m never coming back ..time after time bad food and the store is never busy everything should be fresh!

Ladies / and crew here at Hardee’s, are so kind and go out of their way to help with the customers as I witnessed this, this morning. Above and beyond I set inside to eat, and heard the lady at the drive-through window corresponded with customers that obviously come daily or weekly!
I give her five stars and beyond she was very kind we need this more and more just being kind one to another .

Every time I go to this location in the afternoon it’s always something wrong. I ordered fries..no fries the tenders didn’t even half way fill the wrap. The lady taking my order couldn’t keep her mouth shut long enough to hear me and I had to repeat myself 3 times so you would think I would get everything. Nope!!! The afternoon crew sucks

I hardly ever go out to eat so when I do I want it to be good. The superstar burger is one of my favorites that i used to get in CA, where im from. The superstar i just got from this restaurant was pale in comparison. The bread wasn’t fresh, the meat wasn’t seasoned . Nothing special at all. I forced myself to eat it. Thumbs down big time .

I tried to get breakfast here this morning. When I drove up to the drive thru the woman who tried to place my order was rude and claimed that she couldn’t hear me and I was talking loud and clear. I was fed up so I just left. Don’t waste your time at this location. I will stick with the one in Kannapolis.
