Got the 2 double cheese burger specials… burgers were not really hot, cheese wasn’t even melted. The fries were warm and not fresh…. I haven’t had Hardee’s in a few months, maybe 6 or 7 months. Just disappointed in the meal over all. I travel for work, so it was just a stop in and back on the road.

The food was warm at best. The service was good! I had to wait to get the apple turnovers, they had to be cooked. I don’t mind waiting for hot food! Go to the one on Forrest Hills road, they serve fresh, HOT food!

Service is terrible. For breakfast I ordered 3 items. They did not give me my order of hash rounds with breakfast. I returned and they gave them to me. I drove off and then put my hand in the bag to eat them. They were cold, not even warm. They were absolutely room temperature. I guess they don’t even keep them under the light. They forget your food all the time and never offer compensation and they treat you like you should go back and ask for your order to be correct. They do not apologize. Also, this Hardee’s burns the biscuits everyday and they are hard as rocks.

They was so slow. Some of the staff was so rude. I don’t believe the food was fresh. My biscuit was hard and cold. They have some many people just standing around. Long wait time. Don’t understand if they have so many employees working.

Cashier was doing his best to keep things flowing but the General Manager was lost and not giving clear direction. Took me 20 minutes to get a kids meal and 2 others ordered before me and didn’t even get their food before me. Then when I leave, I get in the car and start eating only to realize they gave me an old and cold double cheeseburger. No I didn’t go back because I was already 20 minutes late for work

This Hardee’s location has really fallen off. It’s never super busy, so I can’t understand why the food is never hot! I ordered a chicken sandwich on Frisco bread with Swiss cheese and a small hash brown. The hash browns were just warm, and the chicken breast was overcooked, yet somehow still not hot enough to melt the cheese.
For how expensive the food is, the least they can do is prepare it fresh. How is that so hard? I won’t give this location another chance. The Hardee’s in Rocky Mount down 301 is always top tier, they know what integrity and quality service look like.

Upon arriving at the intercom to order I asked for a moment, and was repeatedly asked “what did I want” only sitting there maybe 15 seconds I was rushed into ordering.
The woman at the window who also took my order rudely shook the back dumping my fries and making a mess of the hotdog.
Very unprofessional and snarky character at this location. No pride in the work they so do don’t deserve.

Waited 15 mins for my food. Only to be handed two COLD burgers with burnt buns. Make that make sense. I enjoy Hardee’s but it’s said to see the lack of respect for people’s time and money at this location.
