We stopped here for lunch on a Saturday. Every restaurant was slammed. This Hardee’s was slammed but they handled everything great. Food was coming out quickly. I took my son to the bathroom and I’ve never seen a restaurant bathroom so clean. Very impressed with my entire visit. All employees should be proud. Me and my family thank you.

Service was a little slow, but this morning the food was picture worthy. Most days the food from Hardee’s around my area is burnt or lacking portion size. Staff was nice. Chicken was cooked perfect and was juicy. Not overdone or burnt at all. My cinnamon was fluffy and had plenty of icing. No complaints.

I ordered a Mushroom Swiss combo, and there wasn’t much Mushroom sauce on the sandwich at all and the french fries were loaded with salt. I don’t think that’s good service for the price, things are this day and time. I won’t be eating there again.

Customer service wasn’t that good, the workers at like they didn’t really want to be there. My monster burger is the reason why I fell in love with Hardee’s was dry and warm. I went through the drive thru. First time and my last. The apple pies was hot and fresh. Tasted better than my burger. Other than that. That’s about it.

I went there after a long day at work and paid for a 3 piece snack. Asked for 3 wings. I went through drive thru. I went all the way home and opened my box. One of the wings was an extra small. I went back as I feel I pay too much money to not get what it’s worth. I went back through the drive thru and explained to the cashier. She got the manager for me. I’m not sure if she was a manager or supervisor. She proceeded to tell me she can’t help what size the chicken is and didn’t want to replace it or refund without a receipt and I just went through the drive thru 5 min earlier. I found my receipt and she refunded my money eventually. I told her I would be calling someone above her and she said go ahead. I won’t be going back there as she was very rude and the customer service was bad. I worked in fast food and I wouldn’t have told a customer we can’t help how the chicken look with an attitude. There are too many food restaurants to in my area to spend money where I don’t feel comfortable.

It has been quite a while since I’ve eaten at Hardee’s. I got the monster burger, fries and soda. I took one bite of my burger, and I couldn’t believe it, it was so delicious. The flavors exploded in my mouth ! Next time I’m on the road and hungry, I will be stopping at Hardee’s ! Great job guys.

I’ve been to Hardee’s all over mostly Virginia and I have to say that this is the best Hardee’s I’ve ever been to I’ve never get the chicken biscuit because I’m not a fan of chicken but I loved it! It came out as soon as I ordered it and it was hot and fresh the employees were awesome and we’re very nice and the bathrooms were clean and well stocked again this is the best Hardee’s I’ve been too!
